Provide clinical leadership as a licensed practical/vocational nurse: supervise and mentor nursing staff, consult with physicians and Medical Director on resident care, assess residents and recognize abnormal findings, complete medical charting and administrative forms, and assist the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services.

Prepare, serve, deliver, and clean up meals for nursing center residents. Maintain sanitary dining and meal service areas, ensure quality food service and nutrition care, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.

Oversee dietary operations in a care facility: plan, prepare, and serve meals; supervise and train dietary staff; ensure regulatory compliance; coordinate resident nutrition with care team; manage purchasing, staffing, schedules, and participate in leadership and care plan meetings.

Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight for long-term senior residents. Consult with physicians and the Director of Nursing on evaluations and care plans, examine residents and review charts to detect issues early, complete medical documentation, and support team development and training. Serve as a charge nurse across assigned shifts.

Prepare and serve meals per menu and standardized recipes, follow safe food handling and sanitation procedures, monitor food temperatures and storage, assist with ordering and pre-prep, prepare special and modified diets, operate kitchen equipment, and maintain cleanliness and meal schedules in a long-term care setting.

Manage complex accounting functions including month-end close, GL and sub-ledger reconciliations, financial statement preparation, budgeting/forecasting, audit and regulatory support (Medicare/Medicaid cost reports), ensure GAAP compliance, mentor junior staff, and drive process improvements to support facility financial performance.

Manage and supervise 24-hour nursing services in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, quality assurance, infection control, staffing, training, care coordination, budgeting, and on-call emergency coverage.

Provide overnight charge nurse leadership and direct resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN). Coordinate with physicians and the Director of Nursing on evaluations and care plans, examine residents and charts to identify issues early, complete administrative documentation, and mentor team members to support clinical growth and quality long-term senior care.

Prepare, serve, and clean up meals for nursing center residents; maintain sanitary dining areas and meal service; assist meal delivery; and ensure food service complies with federal, state, and local regulations.

Provide and coordinate direct nursing care for long-term care residents as the LVN charge nurse: assess residents, consult with physicians, assist DON with nursing service planning, complete medical records and administrative duties, and mentor/guide nursing team members.

Provide licensed practical nursing care and clinical leadership during night weekend shifts. Assess residents, consult with physicians and DON, complete charting and medical forms, supervise team members, and support resident care planning and evaluation.

Provide direct nursing care and supervise LPN/LVN and CNA staff, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality, age-appropriate rehabilitative and restorative care. Support nursing leadership by planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, making independent decisions, and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, staff, and external agencies.
