Develop and maintain customers within an assigned territory, exceed sales goals through prospecting and action planning, close sales, and introduce new products and service upgrades. The role requires analyzing sales data, interpreting technical information and regulations, presenting to customers, maintaining strong relationships, collaborating across functions, and traveling extensively while working remotely.

Supports the district sales team through quoting, cost estimating, pricing analysis, pipeline tracking, bid preparation, forecasting, reporting, and customer service. Maintains pricing documentation, sales metrics, and project information while collaborating with sales managers, engineers, operations, and customer service teams. The role also assists with project coordination, customer relationships, high-demand sales operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead HR function for manufacturing: manage Site HR Partners, partner with operations on workforce planning, coach leaders, address employee relations and retention, support succession planning and organizational effectiveness to improve workforce stability and business results.

Build custom fabricated fittings to customer specifications using hand and power tools, read and follow drawings and procedures, meet quality and safety standards, perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, reaching), maintain housekeeping, wear PPE, and collaborate with a small production team.

Lead R&D and project engineering teams to drive new product development, testing, validation, and commercialization. Manage project portfolios, timelines, and cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations to deliver innovative, business-driven solutions.

Drive specification and approval of stormwater products by building relationships with consulting engineers, municipalities, and waterworks partners. Provide technical support to sales, lead trainings and presentations, perform project reviews and value engineering, identify upcoming projects, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution across a Southern California territory.
