Lead development and execution of company-wide safety programs and standards across multi-state manufacturing sites. Drive OSHA compliance, hazard identification, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and safety metrics. Partner with site and operations leaders to coach, implement improvements, and ensure accountability while fostering an engaged safety culture.

Lead and coach the plant team to run daily manufacturing operations safely and efficiently, ensure product quality, meet production goals, control costs, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with HR, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and corporate leadership.

Provide technical support to sales and customers, create CAD layout drawings and detention system details, review engineer designs, support product development, testing, field validation, and cross-team process improvements.

Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks including rolling and staging plastic pipe, inspecting finished goods for quality, reporting defects, and cross-training on machine operation. Follow safety procedures, perform basic data entry, and work physically in a manufacturing environment.

Entry-level 1st-shift machine operator responsible for rolling plastic pipe onto coiling machines, tying and staging rolls, inspecting finished goods for defects, reporting issues, and cross-training into machine operation. Work is physical and performed in a loud manufacturing environment.

Drive specification and approval of stormwater products by building relationships with consulting engineers, municipalities, and waterworks partners. Provide technical support to sales, lead trainings and presentations, perform project reviews and value engineering, identify upcoming projects, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution across a Southern California territory.
