The role also assists with project coordination, customer relationships, high-demand sales operations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead HR function for manufacturing: manage Site HR Partners, partner with operations on workforce planning, coach leaders, address employee relations and retention, support succession planning and organizational effectiveness to improve workforce stability and business results.
