Serves as the primary HR partner for manufacturing teams in Fargo and Beresford. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, leave administration, workers’ compensation, investigations, compliance, and workforce trend analysis. The role supports leaders, safety efforts, continuous improvement initiatives, and a positive team member experience while maintaining a visible presence in plant operations.

Paid summer engineering internship assisting with product and project design, drafting, research, process improvements, documentation, and technical support. The role requires an engineering bachelor’s degree in progress, strong organization and analytical abilities, mathematical proficiency, Microsoft Office skills, and AutoCAD experience.

Develop and maintain customers within an assigned territory, exceed sales goals through prospecting and action planning, close sales, and introduce new products and service upgrades. The role requires analyzing sales data, interpreting technical information and regulations, presenting to customers, maintaining strong relationships, collaborating across functions, and traveling extensively while working remotely.
