Manage daily operations of the Prestonwood Pregnancy Center Southwest site, recruit and develop volunteers and staff, promote programs and evangelism, ensure policy compliance, oversee client services and classes, and support resource stewardship and inter-site needs.

Lead donor development and marketing for Prestonwood Pregnancy Center: set and meet fundraising goals, create and implement donor development and marketing plans, lead the team, cultivate donor and church relationships, manage donor events and planned giving, research and write grants, review marketing materials and website, and support broader PPC strategy and execution.

Provide nursing care and limited obstetrical ultrasounds, coordinate patient flow, perform screening and lab tests, document results, educate patients, maintain infection control, and assist with follow-up and mobile unit duties.

Support the Senior Director in operating the Fort Worth pregnancy center: grow outreach, oversee volunteer recruitment and staff development, ensure policy adherence and client-centered evangelism, coordinate programs and classes, manage communications and resource stewardship, and perform onsite duties including onboarding and occasional mobile unit driving.
