Provides marketing support through social media management, photography, video and blog content creation, client success stories, donor communications, and event assistance. The role collaborates with creative staff, monitors audience response, manages permissions and confidential client information under HIPAA protocols, researches vendors, supports printed materials, and assists with internal and external events.

Provides front-desk and administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, filing, report preparation, client follow-ups, and volunteer training. Maintains reception and client areas, performs opening and closing duties, protects confidential health information under HIPAA, and supports an excellent client experience. The role requires strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, flexibility for occasional evenings and Saturdays, and the ability to perform light physical tasks.

Lead donor development and marketing for Prestonwood Pregnancy Center: set and meet fundraising goals, create and implement donor development and marketing plans, lead the team, cultivate donor and church relationships, manage donor events and planned giving, research and write grants, review marketing materials and website, and support broader PPC strategy and execution.
