Manages global regulatory submissions, registrations, renewals, technical documentation, labeling reviews, compliance assessments, audits, recalls, and medical device reporting. Provides regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams supporting product development, manufacturing, marketing, distribution, and international market expansion. Monitors regulatory changes and recommends process improvements for medical devices and software products.

Leads cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, stakeholder communication, and team accountability. Develops comprehensive project plans, monitors performance, resolves issues, and drives alignment across product development and other functions. Requires project management experience, knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, strong communication, analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Receive, log, clean, test, configure, and prepare trial and loaner AAC devices and accessories. Maintain accurate ERP records and inventory, clear prior customer data, update operating systems and applications, test chargers and switches, and ensure equipment meets quality standards before shipment. Work independently while collaborating with the Trial Equipment Support team and following established procedures for confidentiality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Provides consultative AAC guidance, training, and support to individuals, families, and professional teams. Responsibilities include growing a territory through solution-based sales, developing customer relationships, identifying communication needs, and guiding clients through AAC device evaluations, trials, funding, and training. The role requires independent work, presentations, strong organization, professional communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Lead day-to-day accounting operations, manage month-end close, oversee reconciliations, internal controls, payroll and treasury activities, supervise accounting staff, and support financial reporting and process improvements to ensure accurate, timely, and control-focused financial results.
