Provides consultative AAC guidance, training, and support to individuals, families, and professional teams. Responsibilities include growing a territory through solution-based sales, developing customer relationships, identifying communication needs, and guiding clients through AAC device evaluations, trials, funding, and training. The role requires independent work, presentations, strong organization, professional communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Prepare, verify, pack, ship, and track AAC trial devices and accessories. Process outgoing shipments through the ERP system, confirm current software versions, complete shipping paperwork, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. The role also supports established procedures, recommends process improvements, and maintains accurate, high-quality trial equipment operations.

Provides day-to-day HR support across employee records, compliance, benefits, onboarding, training, reporting, employee inquiries, compensation, engagement, safety, recruiting, audits, and process improvements. Leads new-hire orientation and benefits administration while maintaining confidentiality and supporting employees and managers with HR programs and policies.
