Guides AAC product strategy and development by researching customer and market needs, prioritizing features, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring project progress, addressing risks, gathering stakeholder feedback, supporting compliance, communicating product updates, and managing vendors. The role collaborates with AAC users, families, professionals, engineering, clinical, and business teams to deliver products aligned with customer needs and organizational goals.

Leads cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, quality, stakeholder communication, and team accountability. Develops comprehensive project plans, monitors performance, resolves issues, and drives alignment across product development and other functions. Requires project management experience, knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, strong communication, analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Provides consultative AAC guidance, training, and support to individuals, families, and professional teams. Responsibilities include growing a territory through solution-based sales, developing customer relationships, identifying communication needs, and guiding clients through AAC device evaluations, trials, funding, and training. The role requires independent work, presentations, strong organization, professional communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
