Analyze large consumer-finance datasets, build reports and dashboards, develop visualizations, write SQL/Python to extract and clean data, support and validate risk models, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Manage and process legal operational requests (levies, subpoenas, garnishments, conservatorships, trusts, etc.), ensure federal/state compliance and withholding remittance, maintain records and reporting, respond to escalations and law enforcement inquiries, collaborate with counsel and business partners, improve workflows, assist with system testing, and draft/update policies and procedures.

Execute manual and automated test plans across web and mobile, validate front- and back-end functionality, run smoke/functional/regression and end-to-end tests, support API and connector testing, coordinate UAT, lead QA for multiple Agile teams, improve test automation and processes, analyze defects, and drive continuous QA improvements.

Lead and coordinate all mortgage lending operations including processing, underwriting, funding, pipeline management, closing/boarding, compliance, and process improvements. Partner with sales and cross-functional teams, manage third-party relationships, analyze data and reporting, and oversee department budgeting and performance.

Lead BI product ownership for the enterprise data pod: prioritize BI backlog, deliver automated dashboards and predictive insights, implement KPI standards and data governance, manage and mentor BI analysts, drive transition from legacy reporting, promote data literacy, and coordinate cross-functional Agile delivery to support operational decision-making.

Design, implement, and maintain IAM and broader security controls across systems, network, cloud, and endpoints. Monitor alerts, investigate incidents, support remediation, audit and compliance activities, and embed security into change processes. Lead IAM framework development, documentation, and regulatory readiness in a financial institution environment.

Manage day-to-day consumer credit risk activities including portfolio monitoring, underwriting quality reviews, exception management, policy recommendations, team supervision, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliant, data-informed lending decisions and effective controls.
