Interim executive leader responsible for consumer lending strategy and operations across auto loans, personal loans, credit cards, and related products. Oversees origination, underwriting, servicing, pricing, portfolio performance, vendor management, regulatory compliance, risk controls, product development, analytics, budgets, and cross-functional teams. The role maintains operational continuity while improving lending efficiency, member experience, production, profitability, and portfolio quality during a 6–9 month assignment.

Leads 4–5 concurrent enterprise projects from planning through closure, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, and quality. Applies Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies; facilitates Jira-based Agile ceremonies; reports progress and metrics to senior leadership; coordinates cross-functional stakeholders; and mentors project managers and delivery teams. The role also supports portfolio reporting, process improvement, operational integration, and continuous improvement.

Designs, implements, and maintains cybersecurity controls across identity, network, endpoint, server, cloud, and infrastructure platforms. Develops IAM and privileged-access frameworks, supports vulnerability management, monitors alerts, investigates incidents, and participates in containment and recovery. Reviews architectures, documents controls, supports audits and regulatory compliance, and coordinates remediation with IT and business stakeholders. The role requires daily onsite work in Chatsworth and focuses on financial-sector security standards, risk management, and continuous process improvement.

Processes credit union operational requests, including account adjustments, deposits, remittances, ACH originations, loan payoffs, document indexing, mail requests, charge-offs, levies, garnishments, and judgments. Reviews mobile and ATM deposits, supports compliance, communicates across departments, protects confidential information, and recommends process improvements.

Develops and expands relationships with business owners generating $1 million to $10 million in annual revenue. The role builds prospect lists, conducts outreach, identifies lending and referral opportunities, provides financial guidance, and delivers commercial lending, deposit, and cash management solutions. Responsibilities include credit underwriting, sales planning and forecasting, community engagement, regulatory compliance, and partnership across the organization. Frequent driving to offices, members, prospects, and business locations is required.

Supports the Information Technology department and multiple executives with calendaring, vendor management, invoicing, portal maintenance, documentation, reporting, and project execution. Responsibilities include financial tracking, budget variance and accrual reporting, complex report preparation, data extraction and validation, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires advanced Excel and Outlook skills, accounting knowledge, strong organization, discretion, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Manage and process legal operational requests (levies, subpoenas, garnishments, conservatorships, trusts, etc.), ensure federal/state compliance and withholding remittance, maintain records and reporting, respond to escalations and law enforcement inquiries, collaborate with counsel and business partners, improve workflows, assist with system testing, and draft/update policies and procedures.

Execute manual and automated test plans across web and mobile, validate front- and back-end functionality, run smoke/functional/regression and end-to-end tests, support API and connector testing, coordinate UAT, lead QA for multiple Agile teams, improve test automation and processes, analyze defects, and drive continuous QA improvements.

Lead and coordinate all mortgage lending operations including processing, underwriting, funding, pipeline management, closing/boarding, compliance, and process improvements. Partner with sales and cross-functional teams, manage third-party relationships, analyze data and reporting, and oversee department budgeting and performance.
