Teams at Premier America Credit Union

Leads 4–5 concurrent enterprise projects from planning through closure, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, and quality. Applies Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies; facilitates Jira-based Agile ceremonies; reports progress and metrics to senior leadership; coordinates cross-functional stakeholders; and mentors project managers and delivery teams. The role also supports portfolio reporting, process improvement, operational integration, and continuous improvement.

Directs the Enterprise Project Management Office by managing project and program professionals, overseeing enterprise initiatives, tracking portfolio performance, managing risks and dependencies, and enforcing consistent Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery practices. Partners with executives, business owners, and product owners on prioritization, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Processes and verifies vehicle titles, registrations, liens, and related DMV documentation for consumer loans. Reviews records for accuracy and compliance, resolves discrepancies, manages workflow and service-level deadlines, maintains transaction records, supports audits, and handles complex escalations. Collaborates with branches and internal teams while training and mentoring DMV representatives and specialists. Identifies process improvements and ensures adherence to state, federal, and organizational requirements.
