Supports the Information Technology department and multiple executives with calendaring, vendor management, invoicing, portal maintenance, documentation, reporting, and project execution. Responsibilities include financial tracking, budget variance and accrual reporting, complex report preparation, data extraction and validation, and cross-functional coordination. The role requires advanced Excel and Outlook skills, accounting knowledge, strong organization, discretion, communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Execute manual and automated test plans across web and mobile, validate front- and back-end functionality, run smoke/functional/regression and end-to-end tests, support API and connector testing, coordinate UAT, lead QA for multiple Agile teams, improve test automation and processes, analyze defects, and drive continuous QA improvements.

Lead finance and investment operations including interest rate and liquidity risk management, CECL, budgeting, hedging, profitability and concentration risk modeling. Oversee finance team, produce risk modeling and reporting, support pricing and ERM, ensure regulatory compliance, and present results to ALCO, Board, auditors, and regulators.
