Assembles, inspects, and packages products in a controlled cleanroom environment. Follows gowning, contamination-control, SOP, safety, and quality procedures; operates and maintains equipment; documents production and inspection records; identifies defects and workflow issues; and supports production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Oversee general accounting operations including monthly close, reconciliations, invoicing, bank reconciliations, financial statement and cash flow preparation, support audits and tax filings, maintain ERP/customer ledger, and improve internal controls while mentoring junior staff.

Support warehouse and panel shop production by tracking KPIs and reports, managing inventory and shipments, scheduling and configuring panels, handling production close-outs and admin tasks, and assisting with operations projects and ad hoc coverage.

Manage high-volume digital vendor invoices in an ERP (P21 Cloud): code and enter invoices, resolve discrepancies, perform monthly AP reconciliations and variance analysis, process payments (ACH/Wire/check), handle expense reimbursements and credit card reports, maintain electronic vendor files, produce expense trend reports, and collaborate remotely via SharePoint and Teams.
