Manage high-volume digital vendor invoices in an ERP (P21 Cloud): code and enter invoices, resolve discrepancies, perform monthly AP reconciliations and variance analysis, process payments (ACH/Wire/check), handle expense reimbursements and credit card reports, maintain electronic vendor files, produce expense trend reports, and collaborate remotely via SharePoint and Teams.

Plan, schedule, and monitor production to meet delivery requirements. Coordinate materials, release and track work orders, manage inventory levels, resolve bottlenecks, report metrics, and support continuous improvement and lean initiatives while ensuring safety and quality.

Lead development and implementation of manufacturing processes, drive DFM/DFA, manage quality systems and FAI, maintain SOPs and lifecycle/ECO activities, handle obsolescence and tooling validation, perform root cause analysis using Six Sigma/Lean/FMEA, and oversee electrical build processes including wiring, harnessing, panel integration and system validation.
