To ensure the efficient and accurate assembly, inspection, and packaging of products in a controlled clean room environment, maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. The Production Clean Room Associate plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by following detailed procedures, minimizing contamination risks, and contributing to the overall success of production goals.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) *


  • Perform production tasks such as assembly, inspection, and packaging of products in a clean room environment, following strict procedural and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain clean room protocols, including gowning procedures, contamination control, and adherence to environmental standards.
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently, ensuring proper setup, calibration, and maintenance as required.
  • Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies, documenting findings and reporting issues to supervisors or quality control.
  • Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Complete documentation accurately, including production logs, batch records, and inspection reports.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and resolve any workflow issues.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for process optimization and participating in training or improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to overall clean room integrity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience working in cleanroom environments or related manufacturing roles.
  • Strong understanding of cleanroom protocols, contamination control, and ISO/GMP standards.
  • Ability to operate and maintain cleanroom equipment and tools.
  • Skilled in reading and following work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Good problem-solving skills for troubleshooting equipment or process issues.
  • Ability to work independently and lead or mentor junior technicians.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet production schedules.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and ability to enforce compliance.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Skills Required
