Manage work in Jira and Confluence, participate in quarterly planning, resolve cross-team priorities, and serve as the intake owner for technology requests. Lead discovery, requirements definition, solution evaluation, and recommendations across business and technical teams while communicating decisions and escalating strategic issues appropriately.

Sources and attracts qualified candidates, builds talent pipelines, develops candidate networks, and supports recruiting partners with assessment, scheduling, and full-cycle recruiting coordination. The role also contributes to recruiting projects and process improvements while creating targeted content to generate applicants. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required; Workday or similar talent management software experience is preferred.

Coordinates learning and development programs, including scheduling, rosters, attendance, communications, course setup, learner assignments, materials, and reporting in Workday Learning. Supports facilitation, learner inquiries, feedback tracking, training logistics, supplies, expenses, grants, and off-site events. The role also manages training data, calendars, documentation, and coordination with subject matter experts and L&D leaders.

Designs electrical power distribution systems for large residential and commercial projects, including layouts, drawings, schematics, isometrics, and lighting illustrations. Leads technical design support across bidding, permitting, construction, and multiple concurrent projects. Coordinates solutions based on codes, quality standards, customer needs, and budgets. Performs service-load, voltage-drop, short-circuit, and lighting photometric calculations while guiding team members and communicating with customers, project teams, and inspectors.

Coordinates workforce development outreach, partnerships, grants, stakeholder meetings, events, and program logistics. Maintains trackers, dashboards, knowledge repositories, and grant records while monitoring deadlines and follow-up actions. Supports leadership with scheduling, research, correspondence, meeting materials, and executive deliverables. Builds professional relationships with schools, workforce organizations, community partners, and other stakeholders. Occasional travel is required for partner meetings, events, school visits, and site tours.

Supports electrical VDC preconstruction and design coordination by developing BIM models, coordination and installation drawings, shop drawings, and prefabrication plans. Performs 2D and 3D modeling, clash detection, constructability reviews, contract document interpretation, and stakeholder coordination. Works with operations and project teams to resolve design conflicts, maintain deliverables, and improve installation efficiency, quality, and code compliance.

Lead distribution automation for DCs and warehouses: deploy and commission AMR fleets, conveyors and sortation, design greenfield automation layouts, integrate systems with Oracle Fusion WMS and OT, evaluate vendors, support capital cases, and serve as embedded technical lead during commissioning through go-live.

Design and build the OT/IT integration architecture to connect factory-floor systems (AMRs, cobots, machine vision, PLCs) into Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and WMS. Own middleware, data standards, and pipelines; lead vendor evaluations, deployments, and ensure data quality for reporting and AI roadmap planning.

Lead design and coordination of HVAC and mechanical systems for large commercial projects. Produce code-compliant drawings, calculations, and specifications using Revit/AutoCAD. Mentor junior staff, coordinate across disciplines, perform load calculations and equipment selection, support estimating, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure constructability and safety.

Design and produce electrical layouts, schematics, isometrics, and calculations for large residential and commercial projects. Lead multiple projects through bidding, design, permitting, and construction; coordinate design solutions, provide technical guidance, and communicate with customers and authorities.

Lead electrical design for construction projects: develop detailed drawings/models, provide technical direction, coordinate with clients and authorities, mentor junior staff, perform value engineering and ensure quality and code-compliant electrical documentation.

Design mechanical and plumbing systems for large projects: perform HVAC load and plumbing flow calculations, select equipment, create ductwork and piping layouts, ensure code compliance, coordinate with Revit/CADD technicians, and communicate with clients and authorities.

Review and assure quality and constructability of mechanical and plumbing designs for large projects. Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork and piping layout. Provide design direction, apply relevant codes (IECC, ICC, ASHRAE), and support team members in producing compliant, buildable mechanical systems.

Lead technical evaluation, selection, and deployment of manufacturing automation (cobots, machine vision, heavy robotics). Own FAT/SAT, define controls architecture (PLC/SCADA/safety), interface with vendors, ensure OT integration with Oracle Fusion, and support capital investment and CI efforts.

Design and develop fabrication-ready 3D models and detailed electrical drawings for low-voltage switchboards using Autodesk Fusion 360. Validate designs with simulation and CAM tools, produce drawings and BOMs, collaborate with manufacturing for prototyping and production, and drive cost and process improvements while meeting safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Lead engineering projects from inception to completion: assemble teams, manage budgets and schedules, mitigate risk, enforce quality and compliance, oversee procurement and vendor relationships, maintain project documentation, and communicate status to stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Support design and modeling of electrical and mechanical systems for large projects. Perform photometric studies, short circuit and voltage drop calculations, apply code knowledge (light, power, telecom, fire alarm), and coordinate with Revit/CADD technicians to ensure constructability and quality.

Collaborate with VDC project managers to produce accurate mechanical coordination and installation plans, create high-quality BIM drawings, prepare external mechanical project documents, and meet project standards and deliverables.
