Build and maintain capacity reporting and ROI models for robotics and automation deployments. Translate OT and ERP machine data into executive summaries and dashboards, support capital investment cases with financial modeling and scenario analysis, identify performance gaps, and partner with engineers to ensure data quality as deployments scale.

Partner with hiring managers and executives to source, screen, interview, and assess candidates; build and maintain candidate and stakeholder relationships; create SEO job descriptions and maintain the job library in Taleo; participate in process improvement and staffing projects.

Lead distribution automation for DCs and warehouses: deploy and commission AMR fleets, conveyors and sortation, design greenfield automation layouts, integrate systems with Oracle Fusion WMS and OT, evaluate vendors, support capital cases, and serve as embedded technical lead during commissioning through go-live.

Design mechanical and plumbing systems for large projects: perform HVAC load and plumbing flow calculations, select equipment, create ductwork and piping layouts, ensure code compliance, coordinate with Revit/CADD technicians, and communicate with clients and authorities.

Lead technical evaluation, selection, and deployment of manufacturing automation (cobots, machine vision, heavy robotics). Own FAT/SAT, define controls architecture (PLC/SCADA/safety), interface with vendors, ensure OT integration with Oracle Fusion, and support capital investment and CI efforts.

Lead design and coordination of HVAC and mechanical systems for large commercial projects. Produce code-compliant drawings, calculations, and specifications using Revit/AutoCAD. Mentor junior staff, coordinate across disciplines, perform load calculations and equipment selection, support estimating, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure constructability and safety.

Review and assure quality and constructability of mechanical and plumbing designs for large projects. Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork and piping layout. Provide design direction, apply relevant codes (IECC, ICC, ASHRAE), and support team members in producing compliant, buildable mechanical systems.

Design and build the OT/IT integration architecture to connect factory-floor systems (AMRs, cobots, machine vision, PLCs) into Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and WMS. Own middleware, data standards, and pipelines; lead vendor evaluations, deployments, and ensure data quality for reporting and AI roadmap planning.

Lead electrical design for construction projects: develop detailed drawings/models, provide technical direction, coordinate with clients and authorities, mentor junior staff, perform value engineering and ensure quality and code-compliant electrical documentation.

Design and produce electrical layouts, schematics, isometrics, and calculations for large residential and commercial projects. Lead multiple projects through bidding, design, permitting, and construction; coordinate design solutions, provide technical guidance, and communicate with customers and authorities.

Lead engineering projects from inception to completion: assemble teams, manage budgets and schedules, mitigate risk, enforce quality and compliance, oversee procurement and vendor relationships, maintain project documentation, and communicate status to stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Support design and modeling of electrical and mechanical systems for large projects. Perform photometric studies, short circuit and voltage drop calculations, apply code knowledge (light, power, telecom, fire alarm), and coordinate with Revit/CADD technicians to ensure constructability and quality.

Design and develop fabrication-ready 3D models and detailed electrical drawings for low-voltage switchboards using Autodesk Fusion 360. Validate designs with simulation and CAM tools, produce drawings and BOMs, collaborate with manufacturing for prototyping and production, and drive cost and process improvements while meeting safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Lead and implement process improvement projects across departments, facilitate change management, develop KPIs, quantify benefits, document standards, and maintain control systems to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost savings.

Review and assure quality and constructability of mechanical designs for large projects. Perform HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, duct and piping layouts, apply codes (IECC, ICC, ASHRAE, IPC/IMC/IBC), and coordinate design solutions with the team.

Provide BIM modeling and drafting support for electrical (and MEP) projects using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks and related tools. Prepare and manage xrefs, produce accurate cost-effective electrical design plans, and collaborate with project teams to meet milestones and deliverables.

Lead multiple mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Mentor project teams and field supervisors, manage materials, resources, scope changes, and project documentation, and use project management and estimating software to meet financial and performance targets.
