Supports facilitation, learner inquiries, feedback tracking, training logistics, supplies, expenses, grants, and off-site events. The role also manages training data, calendars, documentation, and coordination with subject matter experts and L&D leaders.

Supervise warehouse receiving operations, including unloading, counting, verifying, labeling, documenting, and accurately storing inbound materials. Lead staff and temporary labor, enforce safety standards, manage discrepancies and damaged shipments, coordinate quality inspections, maintain warehouse system accuracy, calibrate equipment, replenish supplies, and train employees on heavy machinery. The role requires physical warehouse work, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and ensuring efficient project-based material fulfillment.

Designs electrical power distribution systems for large residential and commercial projects, including layouts, drawings, schematics, isometrics, and lighting illustrations. Leads technical design support across bidding, permitting, construction, and multiple concurrent projects. Coordinates solutions based on codes, quality standards, customer needs, and budgets. Performs service-load, voltage-drop, short-circuit, and lighting photometric calculations while guiding team members and communicating with customers, project teams, and inspectors.

Installs HVAC, refrigeration, and related equipment in light commercial and multifamily buildings. Installs copper refrigerant lines, duct systems, and sheet metal components; inspects systems for hazards and defects; coordinates repairs and code compliance; and communicates jobsite safety concerns to supervisors. Works under a Mechanical Foreman while following manufacturer specifications, company requirements, construction safety standards, IMC guidelines, SMACNA guidelines, and local codes.

Design, build, and deploy AI solutions (agents, retrieval, prompts, automation) across the business; evaluate and integrate AI tooling; collaborate with domain experts; enable and coach division teams; deliver production-grade LLM applications and practices.

Coordinates workforce development outreach, partnerships, grants, stakeholder meetings, events, and program logistics. Maintains trackers, dashboards, knowledge repositories, and grant records while monitoring deadlines and follow-up actions. Supports electrical VDC preconstruction and design coordination by developing BIM models, coordination and installation drawings, shop drawings, and prefabrication plans. Performs 2D and 3D modeling, clash detection, constructability reviews, contract document interpretation, and stakeholder coordination. Works with operations and project teams to resolve design conflicts, maintain deliverables, and improve installation efficiency, quality, and code compliance.

Support mechanical estimating for multifamily and commercial projects: produce accurate pricing, perform fixture counts from plans, research costs, communicate scope and negotiate with customers, train and coordinate with regional estimating and construction teams, and transfer awarded projects.

Design and build the OT/IT integration architecture to connect factory-floor systems (AMRs, cobots, machine vision, PLCs) into Oracle Fusion Manufacturing and WMS.
