Recruits talent by partnering with hiring managers and executives, sourcing and assessing candidates, recommending hires, maintaining candidate and stakeholder relationships, and managing SEO-optimized job descriptions in Taleo. The role also supports recruiting projects and process improvements while delivering excellent service and upholding company values.

Coordinates end-to-end corporate travel for Operations, including flights, hotels, and rental cars. Manages travel policies, budgets, suppliers, negotiated rates, compliance, and cost-saving initiatives. Provides concierge-level traveler support, analyzes travel spend and trends, reports insights to leadership, and partners with Finance, Procurement, HR, and Operations. Evaluates travel tools and processes to improve efficiency and user experience.

Build and deploy practical AI solutions for business workflows, with a focus on BIM, VDC, MEP design, and construction. Develop agents, retrieval systems, automations, model-checking tools, and integrations with estimating, prefabrication, and field operations. Evaluate emerging AI and construction technologies, collaborate with BIM and project teams, and coach division-embedded AI practitioners. The role requires production AI engineering, software and data engineering fundamentals, BIM platform experience, and strong communication skills.
