Assembles and tests electrical system and panel components for multifamily and commercial units. Cuts and prepares MC and NM wires, packages components for shipment, and follows quality and safety standards. The role offers hands-on training in the electrical trade with potential progression to an Electrical Apprentice. Candidates should be physically capable, safety-minded, dependable, and willing to learn electrical codes and construction requirements.

Assist licensed electricians with multifamily and commercial electrical installations, including distribution, rough-in, trim, and deck work. Participate in on-the-job training and formal apprenticeship classes while learning electrical codes and construction safety requirements. The role offers a pathway to becoming a licensed electrician and potentially managing larger teams and projects.

Coordinates learning and development programs, including scheduling, rosters, attendance, communications, course setup, learner assignments, materials, and reporting in Workday Learning. Supports facilitation, learner inquiries, feedback tracking, training logistics, supplies, expenses, grants, and off-site events. The role also manages training data, calendars, documentation, and coordination with subject matter experts and L&D leaders.
