Teams at Power Design, Inc.

Design mechanical systems for large-scale projects, including HVAC load calculations, equipment selection, ductwork and piping layouts, and basic plumbing calculations. Coordinate design solutions with project teams while considering customer needs, quality standards, and budgets. Interpret blueprints, submittals, and specifications, apply mechanical and plumbing codes, and communicate effectively with team members.

Maintains employee data in Workday and related HR systems, develops reports and dashboards, audits HR and payroll information, and provides workforce metrics. Collaborates with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT on troubleshooting, integrations, compliance, system enhancements, testing, migrations, and process improvements. Documents data governance procedures, supports security and access management, and translates stakeholder reporting needs into reliable technical data solutions.

Supports construction project managers by reviewing material requests, preparing purchase orders and invoices, obtaining quotes, coordinating suppliers and deliveries, resolving accounts payable holds, reconciling material records, maintaining vendor and requisition data, and coordinating material transfers. The role requires accurate communication, strong organization, urgency, multitasking, English fluency, and either a bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant experience.
