Own the consumer or organizer product domain, shaping strategy, roadmap direction, and end-to-end product experiences. Lead ambiguous zero-to-one initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration while remaining hands-on in interaction, visual, and systems design. Partner with product, engineering, research, data, and leadership; influence executives through strong judgment and communication; and help establish design standards and principles for a small, high-impact team.

Lead the consumer app product strategy for event and social discovery. Run top-of-funnel discovery, build vision and prototypes (including AI-driven), define metrics, deliver experiments and shipped features, align two-sided marketplace needs with organizers, and coach cross-functional teams while managing stakeholders and execution from concept to launch.

Build and scale Posh’s backend services and APIs, owning systems from design through deployment and on-call. Responsibilities include improving performance and reliability, creating data models and pipelines, embedding security and instrumentation, contributing to architecture and code reviews, mentoring engineers, and participating in technical interviews.
