Lead and evolve Posh's visual identity and creative systems across brand, performance, product, and IRL activations. Create flagship campaigns personally while directing agencies and freelancers. Ensure brand cohesion across channels, set creative standards, mentor teams, leverage generative AI for scale, and embed cultural relevance in music, nightlife, and events. On-site in SoHo NYC, full-time.

Lead and scale a 25-person engineering org into a world-class team, owning engineering vision, hiring, performance management, platform and AI strategy, product partnership, and measurable engineering health across web, mobile, and AI infrastructure. Drive org design, career ladders, and execution while reporting to the CEO in an on-site SoHo, NYC role.

Own and grow a strategic book of 100–150 high-value event organizers. Lead onboarding, QBRs, and success plans; drive product adoption, retention, expansion, churn mitigation, and data-driven growth. Partner cross-functionally to surface customer insights and build repeatable Customer Success playbooks.
