Own Posh’s experiential business, including a New York venue and large- and small-scale social events. Manage two P&Ls, multi-million-dollar budgets, revenue, attendance, marketing, venue utilization, and profitability. Build the Experiences roadmap, hire teams and vendors, develop scalable operating systems, and oversee permitting, security, insurance, production, partnerships, and contingency planning. The role is responsible for establishing a break-even business in year one and scaling it profitably thereafter.

The Director of Revenue Operations will lead revenue planning, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM architecture, GTM systems, reporting, and cross-functional processes. The role oversees a three-person Revenue Operations, Enablement, and GTM Engineering team, supports Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management, and builds scalable systems for qualification, routing, renewals, retention, expansion, and growth. This is an in-person leadership role based in SoHo, New York City.

Design and scale Posh’s AWS cloud infrastructure for millions of users. Build infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, automation, and developer tooling; improve reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, data, security, and product teams, investigate scaling bottlenecks, and mentor engineers on infrastructure and secure deployment best practices.
