The Director leads financial advisory services, manages client engagements for transaction accounting, and drives operational efficiency through technology improvements. He/she develops client relationships and supports teams while providing strategic accounting guidance and fostering business development.

The Director will define and execute the firm's data platform strategy, oversee a team, manage data architecture, and ensure data governance for AI products.

Lead transaction-related tax reporting, readiness, and post-close integration engagements for private equity, lenders, and corporates. Advise on ASC 740, carve-outs, audit readiness, IPO and sell-side readiness, tax operating model design, and tax function assessments. Manage workstreams, mentor staff, produce client-ready deliverables, and drive business development and firm-building initiatives.

The Vice President of Transaction Advisory Services will manage project execution for financial and business diligence, overseeing teams to develop solutions for M&A transactions while nurturing client relationships and mentoring junior staff.

Own and optimize the firms Intapp DealCloud platform as an enterprise product: roadmap, governance, configuration, integrations, data integrity, reporting, dashboards, training and adoption. Partner with Commercial Strategy, Marketing, Data Analytics and IT to deliver scalable solutions, enforce data governance, support reporting and drive commercial insights to enable revenue growth.

Own and institutionalize pipeline discipline across practice lines: set stage/probability standards, run pipeline reviews, track aging/velocity/forecast accuracy, surface risk and data gaps, produce dashboards and board reporting, translate pipeline data into commercial intelligence, coordinate with Intapp DealCloud, support BD and talent efforts, and train/internalize best practices to improve forecast reliability and decision-making.

Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for US and global private equity firms, corporates and lenders. Manage multiple engagements, perform quality of earnings, working capital, cash flow and risk analyses, prepare reports and financial models, coach junior staff, contribute business development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transaction outcomes.

Lead the firms Commercial Enablement function and own an industry vertical. Build CE operating model, manage vertical and account teams, drive go-to-market strategy, pipeline discipline, origination, and technology-enabled commercial operations. Partner with Marketing, Delivery Excellence, and product teams to align systems, measure performance, support BD and talent efforts, and deliver sector thought leadership.

Lead firmwide account planning and commercial strategy: manage planning framework and cadence, maintain account plans and coverage maps in DealCloud, run quarterly reviews, conduct whitespace and cross-sell analysis, build account intelligence, partner with industry leaders for value quantification, produce cross-account synthesis, lead best-practice sharing and trainings, and support talent and firm development.

Serve as the Consumer sector SME owning commercial strategy: produce market POVs and thought leadership, monitor trends, support business development and proposals, brief account teams, align with Marketing, coordinate across vertical leaders, and help drive sector positioning and origination.

Serve as the Business Services sector SME driving commercial strategy, market intelligence, thought leadership and go-to-market support to enable origination, pipeline growth, and client engagement across firm teams.

Lead the Industrials vertical commercial agenda by producing sector POVs, market updates, and thought leadership; enable business development, brief account teams, align with Marketing, and support proposal and pursuit strategy to drive origination and firm positioning.

Serve as the TMT sector subject-matter expert driving commercial strategy and go-to-market initiatives. Own sector POV, produce market-facing content, support BD and proposals, brief client-facing teams, align with Marketing and Account teams, and strengthen the firms positioning and origination in the TMT vertical.

The Vice President, OCFO Strategic Finance & Analytics leads a team to deliver strategic finance solutions, enhances processes, analyzes KPIs, and supports client engagements in complex financial situations.

The Senior Associate, AI Solutions will develop AI-powered tools, build workflows, collaborate across teams, and support business development and talent acquisition initiatives.

Support and maintain enterprise data and analytics platforms (Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, Power BI, Azure). Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot incidents, administer reporting environments, and automate deployments to improve platform reliability and scalability.

Lead Portage Point's India Data Analytics team to design and govern a modern data platform (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Power BI, Azure). Mentor engineers, drive adoption of self-service analytics, oversee data modeling, orchestration, reporting and AI-enabled solutions, manage delivery and sprint execution, enforce engineering standards and governance, and partner with business leaders to improve automation and operational effectiveness.

Build, maintain, and enhance custom business applications, APIs, integrations and automations. Integrate solutions with Snowflake, Power BI and cloud platforms, support Power Apps/Power Automate, collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams, contribute to testing, deployment, documentation, trainings and continuous improvement to improve productivity and operational scalability.

Design, build and maintain ELT pipelines, Snowflake data models, dbt transformations and Airflow workflows. Develop Power BI semantic models, ensure data quality and governance, support executive reporting, AI/automation and self-service analytics, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
