Triple P India (TPI) is a strategic extension of the firm’s platform, established to build a high-quality team that operates as an integrated part of U.S.-based teams. Professionals in TPI are involved in live engagements from the outset, contributing to analysis, execution and client deliverables in coordination with colleagues across the firm. The platform is designed to provide meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership and long-term growth in a high-performance environment.

The Data Analytics team serves as a strategic capability across Portage Point, enabling business intelligence, operational reporting, workflow automation, enterprise applications and emerging AI initiatives. This team partners with leaders across the firm to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve decision-making, enhance operational efficiency and support continued growth. Data Analytics team members are responsible for supporting and advancing the firm's data, reporting, automation and application development platforms.

The Associate, Application Development will design, develop and support custom business applications, integrations, APIs and automation solutions that improve how the firm operates and serves clients. This Associate is a hands-on application developer that will be building scalable, user-friendly solutions using modern development frameworks and cloud-based technologies. The Associate, Application Development  will report directly into the local Vice President, Data Analytics and will support existing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with business stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions that improve productivity, reporting, workflow automation and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior team members and stakeholders across the firm design, develop, test and maintain scalable custom applications – front-end and back-end – supporting internal operations and firmwide initiatives
• Build APIs, integrations and application services that connect internal systems, data platforms and reporting tools
• Integrate applications with Snowflake, Power BI and cloud-based platforms
• Support AI-enabled applications, assistants and automation tools that improve business processes
• Build solutions that improve productivity, enhance user experience and support operational scalability
• Support and maintain existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, troubleshooting issues and assisting with enhancements to existing workflows
• Partner with stakeholders and business users to understand requirements, identify improvement opportunities and translate needs into scalable technical solutions
• Ensure Power Platform solutions remain reliable, documented and aligned with broader technology standards
• Participate in testing, deployment, support and continuous improvement activities
• Partner with data engineering and platform engineering teams to support integrated technology solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to application development standards
• Share and manage best practices as well as lead internal trainings where required
• Support talent acquisition and firm development efforts
• Contribute to creating a high-performing and inclusive culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Mathematics from a top undergraduate program required
• Two plus years of experience developing custom business applications, enterprise software solutions or system integrations, preferably at a top-tier advisory firm serving U.S. clients
• Experience with JavaScript / React, TypeScript, Python, C# or similar development languages
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate application development, debugging, testing and solution delivery
• Experience building APIs, cloud applications and integrations across enterprise systems
• Understanding of relational databases, application architecture and systems integration
• Experience integrating applications with reporting tools, data platforms or enterprise databases
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, with the ability to support existing solutions
• Familiarity with Power BI, Snowflake, dbt and Airflow-based architectures
• Experience developing solutions within Microsoft Azure environments
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks, back-end services and API development
• Exposure to AI-enabled applications, automation technologies or Claude / Claude Code
• Experience supporting professional services, consulting or financial services organizations
• Familiarity with low-code / no-code platforms, including Microsoft Power Platform
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills
• Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams
