Assists the Dock Master with daily vessel docking, undocking, shifting, ship lift, and floating dock operations. Coordinates with port pilots, authorities, maintenance teams, and foremen; maintains logs, documentation, drawings, and operation manuals. Supports safety briefings, preventive and breakdown maintenance, equipment installation, spare-parts requisitions, class surveys, training, and QHSSE compliance. Requires a mechanical engineering, technical, or naval architecture diploma, 2–3 years of floating dock or ship lift experience, fluent English, and MS Office skills.

Lead end-to-end commercial and contract management for subsea/offshore projects: review and interpret contracts, drive tendering, pricing, negotiations, cost analysis, and dispute resolution. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure contract compliance, project mobilization, HSE, quality, and financial governance. Prepare commercial memoranda, maintain costing databases, support audits and field inspections, and liaise with vessels and clients to protect company commercial interests.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise data warehouse and BI systems. Develop data architecture, ETL processes, data models, and cubes. Gather requirements, ensure data quality, monitor performance, troubleshoot, secure access, produce documentation and training, coordinate with stakeholders, support testing and implementation, and optimize data platform operations.

Provide corporate legal advice across commercial, banking, financing, procurement and real estate matters; draft and negotiate contracts; support M&A, joint ventures and restructurings; manage corporate secretarial duties, cross-border regulatory compliance, external counsel, and compliance training and policies.
