Lead the end-to-end commercial and contract management process from tendering through contract award and execution, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, regulatory, and company requirements. Review and interpret contracts, prepare commercial memoranda, provide contractual advice, and manage client disputes to protect the company's commercial interests. Serve as the primary focal point for all contractual matters with clients while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, resource mobilization, and operational execution. Drive tendering activities, commercial negotiations, pricing, cost analysis, and contract performance, ensuring HSE, quality, financial, and project governance standards are consistently achieved.

• Ensure Subsea / Offshore operations run in accordance with all relevant contracts, legal, regulatory, and any other standards to which compliance is required.
• Develop and communicate a project charter ahead of kick-off on any contract, including the RACI matrix, CTR, and delivery plan.
• Monitor contract execution against project charter, budget, and CTR
• Compile and manage all pre and post-tender pricing, clarifications, and master filing
• Lead arbitration on contract interpretation to preserve value and mitigate risks
• Coordinates the flow of information between the Operations, Chartering, Engineering and Construction, Planning and Economics, Marine, Technical, and Crew Manning sections.
• Effectively communicate any resource requirements (e.g. labor, equipment) and ensure early availability in compliance with the project mobilization plan
• Collate, review, distribute, manage, and negotiate the best commercial value decisions with the lowest risk for tender submission and during events in contract execution
• Assist with bid pricing and submit pricing suggestions for review and approval.
• Maintain a database of centrally located and internally shared costing databases.
• Assist in the review of contract/tendering documentation to ensure that documentations are in line with project requirements and with proper costing and approvals from concerned departments (like corporate finance)
• Participate in audits/inspections / Visit to ensure service adherence to contract specifications and regulations
• Monitor field work which consists of contract work and ensuring compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications, and codes
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards, quality requirements, and financial accountability
• Liaise with vessels and clients for day-to-day operations as necessary
• Participate in Operational management review
