Support the CEO and US-based managers with calendar management, executive travel coordination, meeting scheduling, inbox support, communications, expense tracking, and urgent administrative requests. The role requires coordinating flights, accommodations, transfers, itineraries, and last-minute changes across Eastern and UK time zones in a remote contractor environment.

Own strategic enterprise accounts across EMEA, serving as a trusted advisor and driving adoption, value realization, renewals, expansions, and customer growth. Manage executive relationships, lead business reviews, identify risks, coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, and develop account strategies. Also qualify and close inbound new-business opportunities through the full sales cycle. The role requires enterprise B2B experience, strong commercial and communication skills, and travel of approximately 20%.

Own customer adoption, renewals, expansions, and retention strategy for enterprise Workplace customers. Assess account health, prove product value, lead QBRs and senior stakeholder meetings, identify risks, and drive proactive interventions. Build trusted relationships across complex stakeholder groups while collaborating with Customer Advocates, Product, and Delivery teams to support customer outcomes and account growth.

Leads pre-sales excellence for complex enterprise opportunities by conducting discovery, delivering tailored demos, answering technical questions, validating solution feasibility, and defining scope and handoff standards. Bridges Sales and Delivery, translates APIs, SDKs, and indoor mapping capabilities into customer outcomes, mentors pre-sales peers, supports hiring, and routes customer feedback to Product and Delivery.

Conduct outbound prospecting and qualification to build pipeline for Pointr’s data strategy, retail, and aviation offerings. Identify target accounts, test messaging, generate qualified meetings, and hand opportunities to sales. Partner with leadership and customer advocates to document market feedback, objections, and learnings, then recommend whether either business-development motion merits further investment. This is a 3–6 month fixed-term contract with potential for extension or conversion.

Lead requirements gathering, planning, implementation, deployment, and ongoing support for global client technology projects. Coordinate developers, designers, deployment teams, and commercial stakeholders to manage concurrent project lifecycles, resolve mapping and wayfinding issues, diagnose hardware and software challenges, and ensure customer satisfaction. Facilitate status meetings, educate clients on solutions and deployment processes, and provide product feedback to support roadmap development.

Own the full lifecycle of revenue-share partnerships with convention centers, exhibition venues, and multi-venue operators. Identify and close strategic agreements, lead pricing and contract negotiations, build executive-ready business cases, and enable venue partners to sell the platform to incoming trade shows. Manage senior stakeholder relationships, collaborate with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Account Management, and transition launched venues with growth and success plans.

Own the end-to-end UX/UI design of mobile app features across iOS and Android, from discovery through implementation and QA. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs; maintain the mobile design system; prepare developer-ready specifications; review builds; and improve user journeys using feedback, analytics, and usability testing. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Lead the Location Experience squad as Product Lead, owning roadmap, requirements, and UX for map- and spatial-centric B2B features. Translate client feedback into user stories and mockups, collaborate with designers and engineering, run demos and customer feedback sessions, and support product marketing and collateral. Ensure alignment with CPO/CTO and drive delivery of location-based capabilities.

Lead technical pre-sales for enterprise indoor mapping and AI solutions. Conduct discovery, design and deliver tailored demos, validate feasibility with Delivery, define handover standards, and surface product feedback. Influence Sales, Product, and Delivery to ensure commercially viable, deliverable solutions and mentor junior pre-sales team members.

Design end-to-end mobile UX/UI for iOS and Android, create flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs, maintain design system, prepare developer-ready specs, QA builds, and use user feedback, analytics, and usability testing to iterate.

Lead the Map Experience squad end-to-end: define and prioritize roadmap, translate client/internal feedback into user stories and mockups, drive UX iterations with designers, collaborate with tech lead, run product demos and customer feedback sessions, support product marketing collateral, and act as the internal/external subject matter expert for map and spatial functionality.

Lead and professionalize enterprise sales: coach AEs on deal strategy, enforce qualification and pricing standards, own pipeline quality and forecasting, run deal reviews, reduce late-stage fallout, define enterprise sales motion, and establish RevOps/CRM discipline across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Own the full partnership lifecycle to grow Pointr's connected venue network: prospecting, relationship-building, commercial negotiations, cross-functional onboarding, and transition to account management to drive venue launches and long-term growth.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise event and tradeshow customers as a trusted advisor: drive adoption, renewals, expansions, value realization, and executive engagement. Coordinate cross-functional teams to mitigate account risks and deliver strategic account plans that align customer goals with Pointr's solutions.
