The Data Analyst translates business needs into analytical solutions, produces Power BI dashboards and reports, performs statistical analysis using R or Python, queries data with SQL, and develops data models and visualizations. The role partners with business, engineering, and governance teams to improve decision-making, data quality, and operational performance across Pluxee’s international B2B2C ecosystem.

Manage customer and stakeholder relationships across onboarding, support, renewals, contracts, retention, and cross-sell activities. Conduct onboarding, manage tickets, maintain Salesforce records, identify churn and commercial opportunities, and coordinate with Customer Care, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product. Contribute customer insights and process improvements to optimize journeys, workflows, communications, and service quality.

Manage a portfolio of mid-sized B2B clients through remote engagement, quarterly reviews, usage monitoring, retention planning, upselling, renewals, and satisfaction initiatives. Track account activity and opportunities in Salesforce, coordinate with sales, onboarding, support, product, and merchant teams, and advise clients on employee benefit strategies. The role requires bilingual Spanish and English communication, consultative selling, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple commercial activities in a hybrid environment.
