Lead brand and content strategy and execution, develop GTM plans, drive digital and social growth, run awareness campaigns, manage agencies and a team of four, apply AI tools for content and analytics, and measure/optimize brand performance.

Manage and grow relationships with mid-sized clients to drive adoption, retention, and revenue expansion of Pluxee's employee engagement platform. Conduct business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, lead renewals, monitor client health via Salesforce, and coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions and change management.

Manage and grow mid-market client relationships within a geographic territory through face-to-face sales, competitor intelligence gathering, upselling/cross-selling, sales administration, and ensuring customer satisfaction and product adoption.
