Proactively acquire and onboard merchant partners, manage and grow a partner portfolio, track performance and profitability, collaborate with Sales/Marketing, gather partner feedback, use Salesforce for CRM, and travel regularly to support business needs and meet growth targets.

Manage and grow relationships with mid-sized clients to drive adoption, retention, and revenue expansion of Pluxee's employee engagement platform. Conduct business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, lead renewals, monitor client health via Salesforce, and coordinate internal teams to deliver solutions and change management.

Outbound-focused small business account manager responsible for building and maintaining partner relationships, conducting 30+ outbound calls daily, qualifying needs, recommending solutions, negotiating offers, using CRM and MS Office to track opportunities, and meeting sales and retention targets.
