Analyze sales and marketing data to generate actionable insights, develop dashboards and KPI reports, support Salesforce administration, and improve reporting workflows. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on forecasting, pipeline tracking, campaigns, portfolio and bonus management, and strategic decision-making. It also contributes to automation, data process improvements, documentation, and Salesforce feature development while delivering accurate ad hoc and authority reports.

Own product roadmap delivery through backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint execution, issue triage, and stakeholder communication. Partner with engineering, design, testing, support, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality digital features. Gather user feedback and product data, define success metrics, support discovery, and continuously improve customer-facing platforms and experiences.

Design, develop, test, maintain, and support software solutions using OutSystems. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders, participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, ensure compliance and business alignment, and identify opportunities to improve platforms, user experience, and technical debt. The role also involves translating business requirements into efficient solutions, supporting innovation, and contributing to development projects in a hybrid Milton Keynes environment.
