Lead onboarding for 7+ clients monthly from kickoff through go-live, managing timelines, priorities, expectations, training, adoption, and value realization. Improve support and onboarding processes, manage Intercom, maintain documentation, triage issues with engineering, and synthesize feature requests into product improvements. Success is measured by onboarding speed, positive recommendations, and increased platform usage.

Own recruitment logistics, contracts, invoicing, ISO 27001 administration, and customer security questionnaires. Maintain schedules, documentation, evidence, and reusable response libraries while improving processes through templates, automations, and AI workflows. The role requires strong organization, clear communication, discretion, and initiative when handling unfamiliar work. It reports to the Chief of Staff and is based four days per week in London.

Own customer support as a scalable system rather than simply handling tickets. Respond to customers, measure support trends using Intercom, PostHog, and Linear, improve self-service content and tooling, advocate for free users, and turn recurring issues into product recommendations. The role involves dashboard creation, automation, escalation management, clear customer communication, and cross-functional work with product, engineering, and operations.

Build and grow Plinth's customer base across charities, foundations, local authorities, housing associations and NHS commissioners. Qualify needs through consultative conversations, own the full pipeline to signed contract, generate referrals from existing customers, run targeted outreach and cold calls, attend conferences and events, and translate organisational goals into how Plinth helps.

Own end-to-end inbound lead generation for a SaaS serving charities and foundations. Bring new products to market, build a US foundation market, systematize content and channels, collaborate with sales, use metrics to optimize funnels, and leverage AI to speed research, drafting, and automation.

Build and grow relationships with charities, foundations, local authorities and NHS commissioners. Own full sales pipeline from outreach and cold calls to signed contracts. Generate referrals from customers, run events, attend conferences, ask insightful questions, listen, and translate needs into how Plinth helps.

Build and maintain full-stack features across frontend and backend in TypeScript. Shape architecture, support onboarding and migrations, fix bugs, and support customer success. Work across devops, testing, and shipping production systems for charity-focused product features.
