Drives growth of Plenti’s consumer lending portfolio by acquiring and developing broker accounts, strengthening aggregator partnerships, executing territory sales strategies, promoting automotive and personal loan products, and achieving revenue and volume targets. The role builds broker relationships, provides product training, represents Plenti at industry events, monitors market trends, and collaborates with sales teams to improve commercial performance.

Improve loan lifecycle systems, workflows, and operational processes across Operations, Sales, Product, and Technology. Translate business needs into system solutions, build integrations and automations, write SQL queries, create reports and dashboards, test and release changes, resolve system issues, and document new processes. The role requires hands-on work with CRM, telephony, automation, APIs, JSON, and data to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Own financial models, budgeting, forecasting, expense planning, performance reviews, and variance analysis. Prepare executive and Board reporting, support investor relations, capital planning, and cash flow forecasting. Build dashboards using Databricks and Excel, partner with senior stakeholders, and apply AI tools to improve reporting, modeling, and processes.

Provides legal and regulatory advice across consumer credit, financial services, commercial agreements, privacy, governance, disputes, and product development. Drafts and negotiates contracts, supports regulatory breach investigations and remediation, reviews marketing materials, handles complaints, and advises senior stakeholders on commercial and legal risks within a fintech lending business.

Partner with leaders on people strategy, performance, employee relations, organisational development, learning initiatives, organisational change, workforce planning and culture. Lead people and capability projects, use people insights to support decisions, coach stakeholders, improve HR processes, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring and internal mobility. The role supports Plenti’s growth, employee experience and high-performing, inclusive culture.

Lead Plenti’s national commercial sales strategy for asset finance, driving origination growth and market share through broker and aggregator networks. Manage and develop Business Development and Relationship Manager teams, build strategic partnerships, represent the company at industry events, and provide market insights to inform product and growth strategy. The role requires strong commercial asset finance expertise, established broker relationships, and a proven record of sales leadership and growth.

Manage inbound customer inquiries and applications through funded loans. Engage high-intent customers by phone, email, SMS, and live chat; explain lending options, address concerns, re-engage warm leads, maintain CRM records, follow responsible lending and compliance requirements, and collaborate with the team to improve sales conversion and customer experience.
