Lead Plenti’s national commercial sales strategy for asset finance, driving origination growth and market share through broker and aggregator networks. Manage and develop Business Development and Relationship Manager teams, build strategic partnerships, represent the company at industry events, and provide market insights to inform product and growth strategy. The role requires strong commercial asset finance expertise, established broker relationships, and a proven record of sales leadership and growth.

Manage inbound customer inquiries and applications through funded loans. Engage high-intent customers by phone, email, SMS, and live chat; explain lending options, address concerns, re-engage warm leads, maintain CRM records, follow responsible lending and compliance requirements, and collaborate with the team to improve sales conversion and customer experience.

Supports pricing and profitability decisions across a lending portfolio by developing analytical and pricing models, monitoring competitors and market conditions, evaluating pricing tests, and identifying opportunities to improve margins. The role also contributes to pricing governance, business cases, investment decisions, and commercial analysis for senior leaders. It requires strong financial modeling, SQL, BI, AI-assisted analysis, and communication skills.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide customer support through phone, chat, and email while ensuring positive experiences and resolving issues efficiently.

Drives growth of Plenti’s consumer lending portfolio by acquiring and developing broker accounts, strengthening aggregator partnerships, executing territory sales strategies, promoting automotive and personal loan products, and achieving revenue and volume targets. The role builds broker relationships, provides product training, represents Plenti at industry events, monitors market trends, and collaborates with sales teams to improve commercial performance.

Own and evolve the end-to-end origination platform for multiple lending channels. Define platform roadmap, drive architecture and scalability decisions, translate operational and regulatory needs into product capabilities, deliver customer portals and internal tooling, and ensure reusable, platform-first solutions across the organisation.

Own portfolio performance and pricing strategy across personal loans and consumer automotive finance. Analyze volume, margin, risk, returns, customer cohorts, and lending economics; build pricing, profitability, and commercial models; evaluate policy, AI, and automation opportunities; and provide recommendations to senior executives. Collaborate with Product, Risk, Treasury, Finance, and Distribution to improve growth, profitability, and portfolio returns.
