Serve as the Portuguese voice for Vincino.pt: write and proofread website, blog, promotional and CRM content; create SEO-optimized copy; support CRM campaign setup, QA and scheduling; manage CMS pages and Google Ads copy; ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with CRM, Design, Product and Country teams to drive player acquisition and retention.

Provide fast and accurate customer support through various channels. Assist in managing player accounts and support tasks. Work flexible shifts in a 24/7 environment.

Lead and optimize the end-to-end KYC and onboarding journey, define and track KPIs, improve completion and document acceptance rates, manage IDV/onboarding vendors, build performance dashboards, coach analysts, and provide oversight on complex or high-risk cases.

As an Outbound Specialist, you will manage outbound calls and interactions with customers, ensuring effective communication and streamlined processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Your role includes coordinating with various teams, providing support for document verification, and onboarding new customers.

Create high-quality digital, print, and merchandise visuals following brand guidelines; produce static and animated marketing materials (HTML banners, GIFs, short video); collaborate cross-departmentally, support UI layouts, present concepts to stakeholders, maintain organized assets and brand consistency while meeting deadlines.

Monitor and investigate customer gameplay data to identify at-risk players, recommend and apply intervention tools, maintain detailed records, promote RG awareness, and support RG projects and process improvements.
