We're looking for a Portuguese Content & CRM Executive to join our growing Product team and become the Portuguese voice behind Vincino

This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting new brand from the very beginning. Vincino has recently received its Portuguese gaming licence and is preparing for its official launch. As one of the first dedicated Portuguese team members, you will play an important role in shaping the brand, creating engaging content, and supporting the execution of CRM campaigns and promotions.

The Portuguese Content & CRM Executive reports to the CRM Manager and works closely with the CRM, SEO, Marketing and Product teams.

Responsibilities:

• As our Portuguese Content & CRM Executive, your responsibilities will include:
• Become the Portuguese tone of voice for Vincino.pt across all customer
  communications.
• Write engaging, high-quality content for the website, landing pages, promotional
  pages and blog articles.
• Create and optimise SEO content to improve organic visibility.
• Write newsletters, push notifications, SMS campaigns and other CRM
  communications.
• Create and update Google Ads copy and other digital marketing content.
• Assist in creating and setting up online promotions within the CRM and back-office
  systems.
• Creating and maintaining the needed CMS pages for the above mentioned
  promotions, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and optimised.
• Support CRM campaign execution, including campaign setup, quality assurance and
  scheduling.
• Proofread and review Portuguese translations to ensure consistency and quality.
• Work closely with CRM, Design, Product and Country teams to deliver engaging
  campaigns that drive player retention and acquisition.
• Ensure all content complies with Portuguese regulations and responsible gaming
  requirements.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve customer communication, content
  quality and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Native proficiency in European Portuguese (Portugal)
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Portuguese language, culture and local market trends.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing or CRM.
• Experience within the online gaming/iGaming industry is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of SEO principles.
• Experience working with CMS platforms.
• Experience with CRM platforms or marketing automation tools is considered a strong
  advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proactive, creative and eager to contribute beyond your own responsibilities.
• Experience with promotional campaign setup or back-office systems is a plus.
