Lead analysis and redesign of business processes using ERP functionality. Gather and document requirements, research ERP-enabled solutions, manage deployments and change control, test customizations/interfaces, train end users, and support problem tickets while driving continuous process improvement and collaborating with IT, SAP resources, and business teams.

Support and implement environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe work environment. Conduct trainings, new-hire orientations, audits, incident investigations, maintain records (SDS, PPE, JSA, LOTO), assist with workers' compensation, support ISO 14001 and ergonomics programs, attain storm water operator certification, and communicate EHS initiatives across business units.

Manage HR records, recruit leadership and professionals, lead employee relations, implement evaluations and career development, support onboarding/terminations, deliver training, and participate in HR strategic planning to promote positive employee experiences in a manufacturing environment.

Design, plan, commission, and update control systems for automated machinery. Develop and modify PLC programs, design control panels, troubleshoot VFDs, servo, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, install wiring, use AutoCAD Electrical, design HVAC controls, train maintenance staff, maintain control records, and support process and efficiency improvements.
