Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize manufacturing throughput, reduce lead times, improve equipment and labor utilization, implement standard work and visual management, track KPIs, support capital and new-product introductions, and coach teams on continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality.

Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to plan and execute projects, drive process and equipment improvements, manage capital and R&D initiatives, ensure ISO 9000/AS9100 compliance and ITAR program eligibility, collaborate cross-functionally on production and quality issues, maintain documentation and reporting, and provide training and strategic planning to support manufacturing performance and product launches.
