Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team to plan and execute projects, drive process and equipment improvements, manage capital and R&D initiatives, ensure ISO 9000/AS9100 compliance and ITAR program eligibility, collaborate cross-functionally on production and quality issues, maintain documentation and reporting, and provide training and strategic planning to support manufacturing performance and product launches.
