Manage HR records, recruit leadership and professionals, lead employee relations, implement evaluations and career development, support onboarding/terminations, deliver training, and participate in HR strategic planning to promote positive employee experiences in a manufacturing environment.

Lead the Panels Business Unit owning P&L, strategy, product roadmap, and operations. Oversee cross-functional teams across sales, production, engineering, quality, and purchasing to drive manufacturing excellence, product innovation, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Manage post-offer onboarding and pre-employment screenings, coordinate interviews and candidate communication, maintain ATS and onboarding records, support recruiters by screening entry-level and production roles, and provide administrative recruiting support to ensure timely new-hire readiness.
