Partner with leaders on organizational planning, talent strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, compliance, and HR policy development. Coach managers through complex HR matters, conduct objective investigations, collaborate with Legal, support people operations, and own a Center of Excellence area such as performance management, rewards, culture, or engagement.

Creates digital and print marketing and communications assets across multiple brands, formats, audiences, and channels. Translates creative briefs into production-ready designs while maintaining brand guidelines and strong typography, layout, imagery, and composition. Collaborates with marketing, product, web, and partner teams; manages multiple projects, incorporates feedback, prepares final files, maintains organized Figma and Canva resources, and improves scalable creative processes and templates.

Owns go-to-market strategy, revenue, forecasting, and enterprise sales across Brivity’s SaaS portfolio. Personally closes strategic deals while recruiting, coaching, and developing sales managers and directors. Builds consultative, cross-sell, upsell, and enterprise motions; establishes quotas, territories, compensation plans, and pipeline cadences. Partners with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and executive leadership to drive new business, expansion, retention, and revenue visibility.

Customer Support Representatives handle customer inquiries, providing solutions and expertise while ensuring a high-quality customer experience. They document issues, collaborate with teams for improvements, and maintain a customer-first approach.

Full-cycle SaaS sales role owning prospecting through close: build pipeline, run consultative demos, negotiate, forecast to meet quotas, and partner with Customer Success for onboarding and expansion.

Partner with business leaders to provide FP&A support including budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, scenario modeling, financial reporting, month-end tasks, investor and Board materials, and process improvements. Implement budgeting/forecasting tools and automate reporting to deliver accurate, actionable insights for decision-making.
