Manage full monthly accounting cycle across multiple entities, maintain QuickBooks books, perform reconciliations and tie-outs, produce financial statements, prepare cash flow analyses and budgets, support multi-state tax filings and 1099 processing, and maintain organized financial and tax records.

The Sales Discovery Representative makes outbound cold calls, schedules appointments, manages the database, and ensures customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills and a motivation for growth.
