Create and review SDH subtitle files, adapt to client style guides, and maintain confidentiality while meeting tight deadlines.

Create English closed captions, SDH, transcripts and dialogue lists; annotate key phrases; check subtitles for technical specs, sync and style compliance; proofread assets, report bugs, follow security policies, work on-call/rotational shifts, and participate in localization training.

Manage localization and digital media projects from client order through delivery. Create project plans, track timelines, budgets and resources, ensure quality control, coordinate billing and order entry, resolve client issues, build client relationships, and improve operational processes for a six-month contract.
