Build and present technical proofs of concept for sales opportunities, create scripts and integrations to demonstrate platform capabilities, and translate customer requirements into viable solutions. Partner with Sales, Product, and R&D teams to validate feasibility, support implementations through production, communicate with technical and executive stakeholders, and turn successful deployments into reusable sales assets.

Develop and maintain high-performance C++ systems for the end-to-end video pipeline, including real-time video processing, ingest/transcode, and streaming infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in multithreaded low-latency systems, collaborate with Product/QA/DevOps, and work with backend services in Python and Go. Use AI tools (primarily Claude) in the development workflow and contribute to hardware-software integration for embedded/IoT devices.
