Lead discovery, user research, feature definition, prioritization, experimentation, and delivery in partnership with R&D and business stakeholders. Use consumer behavior data to guide product decisions and develop monetization ecosystems involving subscriptions, advertising, payments, billing, and entitlements.

Own the full commercial and customer-success lifecycle for league and venue accounts in the Philippines, from prospecting and contract negotiation through activation, service delivery, expansion, payment collection, and renewal. Coordinate onboarding, technical readiness, game production, livestreaming, replays, OTT distribution, and issue resolution while growing utilization and revenue. Maintain account health, CRM accuracy, forecasting, reporting, and customer relationships across local and global teams.
