Build and evolve scalable systems that capture, ingest, and process real-time and recorded audio/video streams from telephony and meeting platforms. Design distributed media pipelines optimized for reliability, performance, and low latency; provide technical leadership and mentorship; solve complex systems problems; implement testing and quality practices; contribute to architecture and code reviews; and maintain security and compliance standards.

Conduct research and develop algorithms for real-time video processing and deepfake detection, translating machine learning models for production use.

Build and operate reliable, scalable, secure cloud services for authentication systems. Develop Go and Python applications across AWS and GCP, using services such as Kinesis, DynamoDB, and S3. Own projects from design through production, participate in code and design reviews, troubleshoot operational issues, improve observability and deployments, and contribute to microservices, infrastructure, security, and engineering best practices. Participate in an on-call rotation and collaborate with engineering, research, testing, and product teams.

Lead the technical direction, architecture, migration, reliability, scalability, performance, and security of cloud-native authentication services. Drive complex multi-quarter initiatives using Go and Python across AWS and GCP, establish engineering standards, support incident response and observability improvements, and influence cross-functional roadmaps. Mentor engineers through technical guidance, reviews, and collaboration while participating in on-call support.

Serves as the senior technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, owning technical relationships, architecture reviews, adoption, health assessments, escalations, root-cause analysis, and executive briefings. Partners with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success to drive outcomes, retention, and expansion. Creates scalable documentation and enablement while mentoring TAMs and support engineers. Requires strong enterprise integration, API, cloud, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional leadership experience.

Leads the global People Operations function, including UKG Ready optimization, HRIS integrations, payroll, benefits, immigration, compliance, audits, SOPs, reporting, and compliance training. Partners with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and HRBPs while managing and developing the HR Operations team. Builds scalable infrastructure, improves data accuracy, automates workflows, supports international programs, and ensures regulatory and customer audit readiness.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, RevOps, and Finance to own GTM financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. Build driver-based models, ROI and customer-economics analyses, and automate reporting and data reconciliation to inform GTM investment, hiring, pricing, and partner strategies. Provide decision support and present insights to executives.

Own and evolve high-scale backend and data-layer services. Design, build, test, and operate distributed backend services and APIs, improve reliability/latency/scale, take end-to-end ownership from design through production support, participate in on-call and incident response, and mentor peers while partnering with Product and SRE teams.

Manage enterprise accounts across the US and Canada, exceed sales quotas, generate new license revenue, expand existing relationships, and sell fraud risk and authentication solutions to executive buyers. Responsibilities include strategic account planning, solution selling, proof-of-concept oversight, ROI analysis, negotiation, forecasting in Salesforce, product demonstrations, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires self-prospecting, complex enterprise sales experience, executive influence, and closing seven-figure deals.

Own the internal AI enablement product experience across Finance, RevOps, People, Recruiting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal. Map workflows, identify high-value automation opportunities, build and ship agentic tools, establish evaluation and production processes, measure adoption and ROI, and drive responsible adoption through workshops, onboarding, office hours, and coaching.

Design, build, operate, and optimize highly available multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and GCP. Manage Kubernetes, service mesh, observability, logging, databases, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code systems. Troubleshoot performance and stability issues, automate manual processes, improve scalability and cost efficiency, and establish repeatable engineering practices. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation approximately once every 16 weeks while collaborating across teams.

Own marketing-sourced pipeline across core, healthcare, and meetings products. Design and execute integrated, full-funnel campaigns spanning paid, email, events, ABM, webinars, and content. Coordinate PMM, Brand, Digital, Lifecycle, BDR, Sales, and RevOps teams around revenue goals. Manage budgets, agencies, contractors, campaign performance, funnel analytics, and AI-enabled optimization. Begin as a hands-on individual contributor and build a team as the function scales.

Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, lead complex engagements, conduct workshops and technical assessments, guide integrations and change management, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze processes to reduce fraud and improve efficiency, produce thought leadership, and mentor colleagues to maximize customer value from Pindrop's voice-based authentication platform.

Design, build, deploy, and operate low-latency, secure backend authentication services and APIs using Go/Python on AWS/GCP. Integrate ML signals, maintain cloud-native infrastructure, ensure observability, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate across engineering, product, and research to improve fraud prevention and identity workflows.

Own and grow enterprise accounts to meet sales quotas by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise license deals. Lead solution-selling activities including POCs, ROI/business case development, pricing/negotiation, contract execution, forecasting in Salesforce, and cross-functional coordination with sales engineering, product, and partners.
