What You’ll Do- Serve as a trusted advisor to Pindrop’s most strategic customers, delivering expert technical and business guidance through all phases of solution lifecycle—from discovery and implementation to optimization and ongoing value realization.
- Lead complex client engagements: assess needs, define solutions, and drive successful outcomes that maximize customer value from Pindrop’s platform.
- Conduct workshops, technical assessments, and executive briefings on best practices for authentication, fraud prevention, and voice biometrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze client business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that enable operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
