Own and evolve high-scale backend and data-layer services. Design, build, test, and operate distributed backend services and APIs, improve reliability/latency/scale, take end-to-end ownership from design through production support, participate in on-call and incident response, and mentor peers while partnering with Product and SRE teams.

Lead architecture and delivery of enterprise, global SaaS solutions for strategic clients. Support pre-sales, write SOWs, identify risks, configure and implement Pindrop integrations, train and transition customers, and influence product roadmap through close partnership with Product and Engineering.

Own and grow enterprise accounts to meet sales quotas by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise license deals. Lead solution-selling activities including POCs, ROI/business case development, pricing/negotiation, contract execution, forecasting in Salesforce, and cross-functional coordination with sales engineering, product, and partners.
