Own and improve international People Operations across France, Europe, and the US, including payroll, compliance, contracts, employee lifecycle processes, immigration, benefits, HRIS, people data, and employee support. Build scalable documentation, automation, workflows, controls, and self-service systems while managing providers and ensuring privacy, accuracy, and regulatory compliance. This senior individual contributor role requires deep French payroll and employment compliance expertise and close collaboration with Finance and People leadership.

Own end-to-end recruitment across GTM, G&A, Product, and Engineering, managing 5–7 searches concurrently. Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, candidate screening, hiring-manager partnership, offer closing, candidate experience, pipeline analysis, and improving recruiting workflows through tooling, automation, and AI. This is a 3–4 month freelance mission requiring approximately three days per week onsite in Paris.
