As a Business Development Representative, you'll generate qualified leads through targeted outreach, qualify inbound leads, and collaborate closely with the sales team to meet pipeline targets using various tools.

Own and scale Photoroom's Meta paid channel, managing a 7‑figure monthly budget to hit ROAS and LTV:CAC targets. Lead a high-velocity testing engine across audiences, creatives, and campaign structures, partner on attribution and incrementality, and translate performance signals into creative hypotheses. Build automations and AI-native tooling to speed UA workflows and align channel decisions with unit economics.

Lead the self-serve product experience for SMB e-commerce sellers: define problems, build and execute roadmap, convert AI capabilities into features, drive usage and revenue, work closely with engineers, designers, and researchers, and use data and regular user interviews to inform decisions.
