Provides high-level executive administrative support including scheduling, travel and expense processing, correspondence drafting, mail handling, filing, phone triage, internal/external communications, and special projects for senior management.

Provide paralegal support for Tournament Players Club operations, PGA TOUR Charities, litigation, and events. Draft and review service, vendor, ticketing, hotel, lease, contractor, sponsorship, and charity agreements. Handle charity registrations and filings, commercial contracts, and daily legal support across business divisions. Complete special projects as assigned.

Drive technical direction and deliver complex multi-month software projects. Translate ambiguous product needs into technical plans, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensure quality and operational readiness, produce design docs, and support roadmap and backlog feasibility for digital products.

Deliver analytics and reporting across television, streaming, digital, social, and cross-platform media. Build dashboards, automate recurring reports, analyze audience and performance data, identify trends, support strategic initiatives, and communicate insights to stakeholders to inform media rights, distribution, and commercial decisions.

Line-produce and/or direct live tournament coverage and related programming. Oversee creative execution, manage production teams, develop content and rundowns, write and edit features, coordinate talent, integrate SHOTLink data and graphics, and support sales executions and post-production as assigned.

Lead social content strategy and execution across platforms: create content calendars, produce and package social-first campaigns, write and edit copy, analyze performance, collaborate cross-functionally, travel for events, and be available during competition hours.

Oversee daily office operations and facilities to ensure an efficient, safe, and professional workplace. Manage vendors, budget tracking, invoices, inventory, visitor experience, and office records. Provide administrative support to leadership (calendar, meetings, travel), maintain SOPs and office documentation, coordinate with IT and building management, and process expenses through Concur.

Designs, implements, and owns iOS features end-to-end. Writes maintainable, tested code, debugs production issues, collaborates with product/QA/design, mentors junior engineers, and supports operational tasks for the digital platform.
