Teams at PGA TOUR

Edits and delivers PGA TOUR video content from concept through final delivery, collaborating with producers, directors, and writers. Applies visual storytelling, pacing, audio, graphics, color, and technical standards across platforms. Maintains post-production systems, documents work, monitors schedules, troubleshoots technical issues, and supports evolving broadcast workflows. Requires flexibility for on-call rotations, weekends, holidays, evenings, and nights.

Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, and development of ShotLink scoring and tracking applications used across PGA TOUR events. Leads hardware and software product development, backlog management, user research, stakeholder collaboration, vendor relationships, and technology adoption. Serves as the voice of scoring technology users while translating needs into effective digital products. Extensive golf knowledge, consumer digital product experience, and familiarity with cloud architecture and tracking technologies are required. Some travel is expected.

Implements AI-enabled workflows across PGA Tour departments by documenting processes, translating stakeholder needs into requirements, configuring enterprise AI tools, building prototypes, integrating systems, and supporting rollout. The role evaluates platforms, integrations, and vendor solutions; troubleshoots workflows; trains users; maintains documentation; and partners with engineering, data science, cybersecurity, privacy, operations, and vendors to deliver secure, reliable, measurable improvements.
