Manage client accounts as primary contact, build strong client relationships, identify upsell and new-business opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, track account metrics, and prepare reports to ensure client satisfaction in the food & beverage sector.

Lead site operations and performance, ensure safety and compliance, manage budgets and P&L, develop commercial strategy and growth, lead teams, drive KPI-based improvements, and build customer and supplier relationships.

Coordinate port calls and offshore logistics for supply, construction, ERRV, tanker and project vessels across Aberdeen and North Sea ports. Manage pre-arrival, arrival and departure arrangements, pilotage, towage, berthing, crew changes, mobilisations/demobilisations, and supplier invoices. Ensure compliance with UK Border Force, MCS, Port Health and HMRC regulations, prepare port cost estimates, manage disbursement accounts, and act as primary liaison among vessels, port authorities, offshore operators and service providers.

Handle livestock from containers, herd animals into pens, segregate and load animals onto trucks, clean sheds and containers, ensure container fitness, maintain animal welfare and safety standards, and communicate with supervisors for efficient operations.

Coordinate regional quality and operations improvements by enforcing management system controls, overseeing Smartsheet data, conducting quality reviews, facilitating root-cause analysis and corrective actions, training staff, maintaining records and reports, and providing operational support to country and regional leadership.

Receive and check inbound goods, pick, pack and prepare outbound cargo, load/unload shipments, perform cycle counts and inbound receipting, and maintain health and safety and customer-focused teamwork. Full training provided.

Operate heavy goods vehicles and plant machinery on a 3-week-on/1-week-off Shetland rotation. Perform pre-use equipment inspections, slinger/banksman duties, load/unload vessels, and general yard/quayside tasks while following health and safety procedures and delivering strong customer service.

Short-term/ad hoc stevedores/banksman slingers needed to support onshore Shetland operations on a 3 on/1 off rotation mobilising from Aberdeen. Candidates must hold Banksman Slinger certification; WAH and fall-arrest tickets preferred (NPORS training may be provided). Role runs mid-April to late August/early September, weekly paid, supporting 24/7 operations with day and night shifts.

Secondment to support rollout of Lighthouse 2.0: become local product expert, run user testing, find and triage issues, deliver practical training, support go-live, gather feedback, and drive user adoption across operations.
