Are you passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and making systems work better across teams and countries? We’re looking for a Business Improvement Coordinator to play a pivotal regional role in strengthening operations, driving consistency, and embedding a culture of quality across our consultancy business.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with Country Managing Directors and regional leadership, ensuring accurate, reliable business data, strong quality controls, and smooth operational processes. You’ll be at the heart of how we track opportunities, deliver projects, and continuously improve the way we work using tools like Smartsheet and our global management systems to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Quality Oversight - Implementing quality control processes from the Peterson Solutions’ Management System to ensure services meet required standards

  • Smartsheet oversight and support – ensuring country offices populate Smartsheet with leads, proposals, projects, and finances in a timely manner

  • Smartsheet reviews – performing checks on Smartsheet to ensure data is being entered accurately and in line with the Global Service Line Team’s requirements.

  • Quality reviews & Checks - Plan, conduct, and report on internal reviews, process checks, and compliance reviews, addressing and resolving quality-related issues.

  • Continuous Improvement - Facilitate root cause analysis, co-design corrective actions, and improvement initiatives in collaboration with project and service teams.

  • Training & Awareness - Promote quality awareness and provide training or guidance to staff on quality and Smartsheet procedures and best practices.

  • Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of quality activities, review findings, data performance, and improvement actions. Prepare regular quality reports for management.

  • Operational support – provide ad-hoc support to country managing directors and regional director with various operational activities

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in operations, quality, or process improvement, ideally within consulting, sustainability, or environmental services

  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, such as ISO 9001, and a sharp eye for detail

  • Confidence working across cultures and influencing stakeholders without direct authority

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in English

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in operations, quality, or process improvement
  • Experience within consulting, sustainability, or environmental services (ideal)
