Lead and coordinate global tax reporting and compliance (CbCR, Pillar Two, IIR, QDMTT, DAC6). Oversee CIT filings, transfer pricing documentation, group master and local files, review tax provisions, monitor law changes, and improve compliance processes while working with local finance teams worldwide.

Coordinate port calls and offshore logistics for supply, construction, ERRV, tanker and project vessels across Aberdeen and North Sea ports. Manage pre-arrival, arrival and departure arrangements, pilotage, towage, berthing, crew changes, mobilisations/demobilisations, and supplier invoices. Ensure compliance with UK Border Force, MCS, Port Health and HMRC regulations, prepare port cost estimates, manage disbursement accounts, and act as primary liaison among vessels, port authorities, offshore operators and service providers.
