Tracks container movements using the Contain system, prepares weekly and monthly reports for clients and suppliers, supports invoice preparation, and assists with risk assessments and work instructions. The role requires intermediate to advanced Excel skills, proficiency with MS Office, strong attention to detail, customer service focus, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Provides autonomous, business-focused legal advice across UK and international energy supply-chain operations. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial, supplier, customer, logistics, offshore services, property, and collaboration agreements. Supports disputes, manages external counsel, delivers legal and compliance training, drives anti-fraud and data protection programs, and contributes to contracting standards, approval matrices, and governance initiatives.

Lead and coordinate global tax reporting and compliance (CbCR, Pillar Two, IIR, QDMTT, DAC6). Oversee CIT filings, transfer pricing documentation, group master and local files, review tax provisions, monitor law changes, and improve compliance processes while working with local finance teams worldwide.
