Develops and manages labor standards, incentive programs, business plans, and budgets for retail distribution center operations. Analyzes warehouse processes and labor performance, supports Labor Management and Warehouse Management systems, and collaborates effectively across professional contacts. The role requires industrial engineering expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in warehouse environments. No direct reports are assigned.

Develop and productionize machine learning models for Petco’s omnichannel business across customer, pricing, inventory, space, and assortment domains. Build data pipelines, datasets, and analytical frameworks; perform exploratory analysis, feature selection, model validation, and KPI measurement. Present insights to technical and nontechnical stakeholders, document methodologies, collaborate on business solutions, and mentor junior data scientists.
