Teams at Petco

Serve as the field team lead for Vetco clinics: supervise and coach clinic staff, operate company vehicle, manage clinic operations, customer and crowd interactions, ensure paperwork and revenue handling, restock supplies, escalate incidents, and assist with training and reporting to Market Manager and store leadership.

Meet at a local dispatch office, travel to assigned Vetco clinics, greet pet parents, recommend services, assist veterinarians with administering services, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting the team.

Lead daily operations of a Vetco hub, managing staffing, scheduling, inventory, payroll, and customer service. Coach and develop paraprofessionals, collaborate with store and veterinary teams, ensure regulatory and OSHA compliance, drive revenue and cost controls, and handle client concerns and local logistics including vehicle transport.
