Leads QA planning and execution for complex eCommerce, mobile, and OMS projects. Responsibilities include creating test plans and cases, managing test coverage and defects, coordinating onshore and offshore QA resources, reporting metrics and status, ensuring test environments and data readiness, mentoring QA staff, and improving QA and SDLC processes.

Develops and manages labor standards, incentive programs, business plans, and budgets for retail distribution center operations. Analyzes warehouse processes and labor performance, supports Labor Management and Warehouse Management systems, and collaborates effectively across professional contacts. The role requires industrial engineering expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in warehouse environments. No direct reports are assigned.

Leads software development by guiding technical strategy, evolving scalable system architecture, coding, reviewing code, overseeing testing, and managing projects end to end. Collaborates with product managers and stakeholders, documents technical solutions, mentors developers, communicates project status, and promotes continuous learning and process improvement.
