Manage a Benefits Specialist, run benefits committee, oversee compliance (FMLA, ADA, workers comp), handle vendor partnerships, lead open enrollment and communications, and partner with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Talent on benefits strategy and operations.

Support sales professionals throughout the new-home sales process: engage prospects on tours, assist with contract preparation and closing coordination, build agent and buyer relationships, support marketing and lead generation, and maintain model home presentation and market awareness.

Support new home sales from initial contact through closing by assisting Sales Professionals: guide prospects through tours, prepare contracts and documentation, coordinate financing and closings, build agent and prospect relationships, monitor model homes and inventory, and support marketing and lead generation.

Support finance through budget-to-actual analysis, P&L and balance sheet reviews, pricing and margin analysis for homes and closed jobs, maintain and enhance the consolidated financial model, lead variance review sessions, assist annual budgeting and data warehouse uploads, perform market analysis of residential construction peers, and identify AI-driven automation and forecasting improvements.

Hands-on Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows; implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) or ETL; manage Marketing Cloud assets (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio); lead architecture reviews and document platform configurations while partnering with stakeholders.

Provide administrative and tier-1 support for customer experience platforms and listing management. Manage survey programs, data integration, reporting of KPIs, user accounts, troubleshooting, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination to improve customer feedback and insights.
