Support the new-home sales process from first contact through closing. Guide prospects on tours and features, assist with contracts and documentation, coordinate loan and closing activities, build agent and prospect relationships, support marketing and lead generation, and maintain model home presentation and inventory awareness.

Build, deploy, and optimize email campaigns and multi-step journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Manage data extensions, audience segmentation, deliverability, and integrations with Salesforce Sales Cloud. Monitor performance, create reporting dashboards, and ensure regulatory compliance for email communications.
