Hands-on Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows; implement integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) or ETL; manage Marketing Cloud assets (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio); lead architecture reviews and document platform configurations while partnering with stakeholders.

Supports the new home sales process from initial customer interaction through closing. Guides prospective buyers through community tours and home features, assists with contracts and closing coordination, builds relationships with prospects and real estate agents, supports marketing and lead generation, and monitors model homes, inventory, and market competition.

Supports daily treasury operations by preparing cash journals, reviewing bank transactions, monitoring cash positions, processing and researching payments, maintaining records, supporting audits and controls, and assisting with month-end reporting. The role also contributes to treasury process improvements, system testing, data validation, and documentation updates.

Plans and coordinates new community setups and home starts, ensuring accurate submittals, permitting, regulatory compliance, and timely home releases. Leads lifecycle email marketing strategy, content planning, audience segmentation, customer journeys, automations, and campaign execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Oversees personalization, data quality, deliverability, compliance, performance reporting, testing, and optimization. Collaborates with Sales, Legal, IT, Creative, and leadership, while managing team members or agency partners.

Serves as the first point of contact for online and phone inquiries, manages digital lead qualification and distribution, maintains accurate MLS listings, coordinates listing updates with sales and marketing teams, and supports customer satisfaction through responsive communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and documentation.

Manage and process new home starts for assigned markets, coordinate with division leaders, construction teams, municipalities and developers, maintain NHS tools and schedules, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely release of homes to meet company goals.
