Lead strategy, roadmap, and hands-on delivery for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Translate business needs into scalable solutions, configure declarative automation, oversee integrations and custom development, manage partners, improve platform stability, and build internal Salesforce capability and governance.

Provides administrative support to the Division President and Vice President of Construction. Maintains Salesforce records for sign-ups, sales, leads, and projected closings; tracks activity, obtains permits, organizes documents, files records, and supports daily office operations. The role requires strong organization, communication, computer proficiency, attention to detail, and reliable transportation across multiple work locations.

Provides legal counsel on real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts, land acquisitions, development transactions, due diligence, home sales documents, regulatory compliance, and business risk mitigation. The role advises internal departments, monitors legal developments, supports legislative initiatives, and handles corporate documentation under tight deadlines.
