Serves as the company’s first point of contact by managing the front desk, answering calls, greeting visitors, monitoring access, handling mail and deliveries, maintaining reception and supply areas, and protecting confidential information. The role requires professional communication, strong organization, customer service skills, discretion, dependability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Provides on-site, field, phone, email, and remote technical support for Windows computers, mobile devices, printers, networking equipment, phones, conferencing systems, and business applications. Logs and manages service requests in Freshservice, deploys laptops using SCCM, manages Active Directory accounts and access, troubleshoots network outages and hardware issues, and supports Microsoft Office and Autodesk applications.

Provide on-site and remote technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, Microsoft Surface and mobile devices; deploy and repair hardware; troubleshoot networking, printers, Teams phones, and software (Office 365, Autodesk, Adobe, BlueBeam); use SCCM for deployments; log and manage tickets in Freshservice; coordinate with infrastructure team and participate in rollouts and asset audits.
