Support new home sales from initial contact through closing by assisting Sales Professionals, guiding buyers through tours and features, handling contract documentation, coordinating loan/closing activities, and supporting marketing, lead generation, and model home presentation.

Provide day-to-day support across talent operations including I-9 completion and verification, new hire communications and onboarding logistics, HR data entry and recordkeeping, maintaining HR resources, and assisting with audits, reporting, and process improvements.
