Analyze and price options to optimize margins, maintain options and sales materials and systems, assign option codes for new communities, support designers and sales with pricing and system issue resolution, and assist the Options Director with ad hoc projects.

Serve as strategic technology partner to business leaders, own a portfolio of transformation initiatives, define roadmaps and future-state capabilities, prioritize and drive end-to-end delivery, manage change and adoption, and align investments to strategic business value.

Provide on-site and remote technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, Microsoft Surface and mobile devices; deploy and repair hardware; troubleshoot networking, printers, Teams phones, and software (Office 365, Autodesk, Adobe, BlueBeam); use SCCM for deployments; log and manage tickets in Freshservice; coordinate with infrastructure team and participate in rollouts and asset audits.
