Work directly with founders to build and own business dashboards, analyze large datasets across D2C and marketplace channels, surface actionable insights, and lead founder-led strategic projects including market research, financial models, and cross-functional execution to scale the business.

Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms: discover and shortlist creators, handle outreach, negotiation, scripting, coordination, content review, and approvals. Build long-term relationships with creators across India, collaborate with agencies and production partners, and track campaign performance using reach, engagement, views, CTR, conversions, and ROI metrics.

Manage end-to-end supply chain planning: inventory, raw/packaging material planning, demand forecast consolidation, and monthly S&OP. Translate workflows into ERP processes, coordinate with procurement/vendors/production, support ERP testing and rollout, and drive system adoption to improve visibility and operational efficiency.
