Translate workflows into ERP processes, coordinate with procurement/vendors/production, support ERP testing and rollout, and drive system adoption to improve visibility and operational efficiency.

Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies, perform keyword research and technical audits, optimise content and metadata, run link-building and local SEO (Google My Business), analyse web analytics and A/B tests, collaborate with content, design and development teams, and report on SEO performance to drive organic traffic and conversions.

Oversee end-to-end B2B supply chain operations, including order planning, inventory management, dispatch, delivery, freight forwarding, carrier coordination, and client communication. Ensure shipping quality, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation while negotiating transportation terms. Identify process improvements and maintain efficient inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
