Support SBTC N5 as lead planner for force structure and strategic resourcing. Draft training system requirements, coordinate acquisitions, conduct market research, develop POM and budget inputs, produce cost estimates and KPI dashboards, prepare executive briefings and decision papers, track site visits and readiness, and advise on DON/NSWC funding and acquisition policy compliance.

Manage classified materials and document repository, log items in SIMS, prepare distributions, and package outgoing material. Provide personnel security support via DEERS/RAPIDS and SIPRNET LRA functions, issue/maintain CACs, and back up CAC Issuing Official and mailroom functions. Support ONR Security Division with inventory, badge production, and emergency alert maintenance.

Develop and execute digital engagement strategies to inform and inspire stakeholders. Create and manage content across websites and social platforms, run influencer and information campaigns, analyze performance with analytics tools, increase website traffic, support national/international events, and elevate organizational brand awareness in science and technology.

Provide administrative and documentation support for the OPC program, including preparing correspondence, reports, PowerPoint presentations, travel arrangements via the USCG travel system, meeting minutes, data consolidation, tracking approvals, and supporting communications and ceremonial events. Monitor reporting requirements, maintain logs and records, and coordinate with military and civilian personnel to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Develop and maintain military curricula, deliver classroom and hands-on instruction (including live-fire and watercraft operations), develop tests and evaluate training, coordinate schedules and stakeholders, maintain training records and databases, enforce exam and range safety, and support instructor certification and course quality evaluation.

Manage daily barracks operations including resident check-in/out, key card security, inspections, maintenance coordination, inventory and supply management, SOP enforcement, and event support to ensure a safe, clean living environment.

Issue Common Access Cards (CACs) and Uniformed Services ID cards using RAPIDS; verify identity and eligibility as a Local Registration Authority (LRA); maintain DEERS data integrity; ensure RAPIDS/DEERS equipment readiness and coordinate with DMDC; provide customer service and train staff on ID procedures and regulations.

Prepare and edit user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Collect and organize information and provide graphics support for customer deliverables and documentation.

Perform survivability and vulnerability research and analysis to support USCENTCOM FP, MAA, and AT missions. Define R&D scope, conduct force survivability and risk analyses, design wargames/exercises, recommend assessment methodologies, and produce technical reports and program documentation to inform strategic planning and operational decisions.

Serve as the primary contract point of contact, oversee daily operations and instructor staff, ensure deliverables and government/safety compliance, provide status reports, and coordinate an alternate during absences. Part-time role, Monday–Friday daytime coverage required.

Provide logistics and sustainment support for UxS platforms including inventory management, parts procurement, transportation, maintenance planning, compliance with DoD policies, hazardous materials handling, data analysis, and reporting to support operational decision-making.

Manage and maintain infrastructure across multiple locations: plan, build, patch, and support servers; configure hardware and virtual machines; perform IA scans and audits; provide technical support and root-cause analysis; recommend upgrades; administer Windows servers; maintain documentation and change records; deliver projects on time and budget.

Develop and enter Navy curriculum into LMS and authoring tools (TPP, TCCD, lesson plans, testing plans). Advise instructional staff, manage curriculum data-entry projects, prepare documentation for course reviews and ACE evaluations, and ensure compliance with NAVEDTRA 130/132 standards.

Design, develop, and execute intelligence scripting and scenarios for maritime exercises across the inter-deployment training cycle. Produce intelligence products per the MSEL, prepare scenario briefings and exercise documents, standardize training materials and planning processes, and support exercise planning cell leadership.

Lead and optimize directorate-level administrative operations across HR, budgeting, accounting, procurement, data/knowledge management, and compliance. Supervise administrative staff, develop SOPs, prepare financial reports, support audits, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive process improvements and special projects to ensure contract and federal/DoD/Navy policy adherence.

Provide integrated all-source intelligence analysis to support naval and SOF operational planning. Produce long- and short-term assessments, fuse classified/unclassified data, identify adversary vulnerabilities, draft operational products (OPLANs/CONPLANs/CONOPS), review SOPs and tools, and train junior analysts.

Provide first-level IT support: install/configure hardware and software, perform basic troubleshooting, monitor systems, assist with maintenance/patching, document work, and track IT inventory while following cybersecurity protocols.

Support development of position descriptions and classifications, conduct workforce analysis with narrative reports, create HR internal processes, provide administrative support and data entry, produce monthly summary reports, and travel to CONUS locations as needed.

Perform contract and funding oversight for assigned groups: prepare and validate funding documents, review purchase requests, track obligations and burn rates, manage contract modifications, analyze data and build reports/dashboards, support dispute briefings, coordinate with finance/contracting/program teams, and author SOPs to improve acquisition and funding processes.

Lead and own the Quality Management Plan and QA processes for Navy/DoD task orders. Review contractual deliverables, define and report KPIs/SLAs, drive CAPA and audit readiness, integrate Information Assurance requirements, liaise with Government stakeholders, and coach a QA culture focused on mission and compliance.
