Lead full-authority program management for a DoW mission-support task order: oversee cost, schedule, performance, subcontractors, rapid 30-day transition and staffing, ensure CDRL delivery and reporting, and report status to the government.

Provide senior-level financial and program analysis for budget execution, develop POM/BES exhibits and RDT&E appropriations justification, align funding to RTI mission, support strategic planning, prepare executive briefings and materials, and support senior leadership reviews.

Provide operations and management analysis supporting records management, export control, international activities, protocol support, onboarding, awards, outreach, and SharePoint/records administration for the RTI Business & Operations Group.

Provide lead analytical support to RTI senior leadership by integrating financial, operational, and portfolio data, preparing and refining briefings, aligning technologies to Army modernization priorities, and guiding the program-analysis team for executive decision-making.

Provide DoD financial execution and planning support including multi-year budget formulation, funds management, daily accounting in GFEBS/LMP, reporting via BusinessObjects, reconciling ULOs in PIEE/DAR-Q, processing customer funds, and supporting DTS and manpower cost tracking.

Provide program and data-analysis support for mission/customer funding, manpower cost tracking, DATAAPS troubleshooting, BusinessObjects reporting, and SharePoint records/document storage assessments for Army programs.

Provide principal-level strategic and financial analysis and executive portfolio support to align RTI technologies with Army modernization priorities. Prepare budget exhibits and funding justifications for POM/BES cycles, support strategic and business planning across research and development stages, and create executive-level presentations and information papers while coordinating activities with divisions.

Maintain and audit tactical communications and IT inventories, ensure inventory system accuracy, troubleshoot and support users, provide training, manage accounts/access, document technical issues/resolutions, and perform forklift operations for equipment handling.

Lead the Simulation Support Section: develop and maintain 3D terrain databases, oversee simulation operations and scenario development, mentor staff, coordinate with training stakeholders, and ensure products meet Army standards and training objectives.

Build, operate, and refine 2D/3D terrain and simulation scenarios using VBS4 and related LVCG/Army Mission Command systems. Develop and maintain simulation environments, author scenarios, configure systems, and coordinate with training staff and military personnel to ensure mission realism.

Deliver and facilitate virtual simulation-based instruction and realistic training scenarios for SOMTC programs. Develop/refine simulation training materials, assess performance, provide feedback, and conduct after-action reviews to ensure mission-aligned training effectiveness.

Provide expert SOF operational input to design, plan, and execute Mission Readiness Exercises (MRXs). Advise staff on operational concepts and doctrine, develop scenarios, coordinate participating units, ensure alignment with training objectives and readiness standards, and support after-action reviews to improve training effectiveness.

Provide expert Joint Special Operations input to design and execute realistic training exercise scenarios. Advise planning teams on SOF doctrine, joint operational processes, interagency and multinational integration. Support replication of UW, IW, MCE missions and joint task force dynamics while incorporating emerging threats and strategic guidance.

Maintain and secure server systems for SOMTC training enclaves: manage user accounts, configure and administer VMs, support SharePoint exercise sites, perform system diagnostics, monitoring, hardening, and ensure performance, reliability, and security across assigned environments.

Operate, configure, and troubleshoot local enclave network infrastructure for DoD mission training environments. Monitor performance, implement optimizations, resolve issues, and assist in security measures to protect DoD information systems.

Support DoD IT cybersecurity operations including RMF/ATO activities, eMASS package management, vulnerability scanning and remediation (ACAS/Nessus), system hardening, incident response, and maintaining RMF artifacts (SSP, POA&M) while collaborating with admins and network engineers to ensure compliant, secure IT operations.

Manage all logistics and supply chain functions supporting SOMTC operations. Maintain government property accountability, use GCSS-Army for requisitions and inventory, enforce Army supply policies, coordinate sustainment and training support, drive process improvements, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Develop realistic publicly available information and social media content for a synthetic internet training environment. Produce scenario-driven digital materials aligned with SOF training objectives, integrate PAI/SM analysis into training, support instructional module creation and delivery, and collaborate with training staff and intelligence professionals for operational authenticity.

Lead the Mission Command Exercise Branch: plan, synchronize, and execute MRXs; integrate exercise control, scenarios, data, and mission command systems; coordinate with SOF and higher HQ; ensure personnel, networks, databases, infrastructure and software are operational; deliver AARs, lessons learned, and improvement recommendations; maintain exercise documentation and continuity.

Lead IT Operations for a DoD enclave, oversee ATO documentation and RMF compliance, manage cybersecurity posture, incident response, vulnerability assessments, DR/BCP, and supervise technical staff to ensure system availability and security across the SOMTC infrastructure.
