Perform accurate data entry, review and reconcile employer contribution reports, maintain member records, respond to inquiries, prepare correspondence and reports, track deposits, and support office operations to ensure correct benefit and pension records.

Lead end-to-end payroll for a multi-provincial, multi-entity Canadian workforce, ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing, remittances and year-end reporting. Drive payroll integrations for acquisitions, serve as functional lead for ADP Workforce Now, improve systems and controls, define SLAs and metrics, support automation initiatives, and manage and mentor the payroll team to meet deadlines and compliance requirements.

Provide administrative support for pension plan operations: process enrolments, terminations, retirements, beneficiary updates and transfers; maintain member records; prepare correspondence and statements; respond to member, employer, and union inquiries; support pension payroll, regulatory filings, audits, and compliance; organize records and ensure adherence to pension legislation and plan policies.

Lead and grow the individual financial services division by managing advisor distribution networks, driving sales and product negotiations with insurers, implementing CRM (Equisoft) and lead-generation tools, ensuring regulatory AMF compliance, optimizing processes and administration systems, overseeing budgets and financial results, and supporting operations leadership to improve client service and operational efficiency.

Soutenir l'équipe de tarification pour préparer renouvellements et soumissions : recueillir/valider données financières et d'expérience, effectuer analyses préliminaires de renouvellement/marché, produire rapports pour conseillers, suivre dossiers auprès des assureurs et maintenir outils/bases de données.

Provide group benefits consulting support for medical, dental, life, disability and special risk plans. Perform renewals, carrier negotiations, experience reporting, budget projections, financial reviews, cost analyses, and marketings. Prepare client reports and presentations, support consulting teams, manage vendor relationships, and stay current on industry trends.

Manages daily revenue operations for Quebec, ensuring accurate and timely processing of insurer commissions and broker payments, data integrity, reconciliations, and internal controls. Collaborates with Operations, Finance, Accounting, FP&A, insurers and brokers; prepares reports, supports audits, and participates in process improvement, automation, and acquisition integrations.

Prepare pension calculations, reconciliations, and regulatory filings for defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Perform complex actuarial calculations and assist with valuations, draft reports and correspondence, support year-end and day-to-day pension administration, and contribute to special projects while working with actuaries and pension consultants.

Drive new business and book qualified meetings through cold calling, lead generation, networking and referrals. Maintain relationships with prospects and decision makers, assess group insurance plans, meet call-volume and performance metrics, and represent People Corporation. Maintain product knowledge, pursue continuing education on benefits and legislation, collaborate across teams, and identify creative lead-generation opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Support underwriting by analyzing large datasets, developing and automating reporting, enhancing pricing and quoting tools, performing claims and pricing analysis, preparing renewal packages, and collaborating with carriers, brokers and internal teams to support underwriting decisions and sales initiatives.

Provide administrative and operational support for advisors: process client service requests and new business applications, track underwriting and approvals, maintain organized electronic records, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and support onboarding and reporting to improve service responsiveness and compliance.

Qualify leads, prepare and present proposals, negotiate and close policies, and manage client relationships using CRM and sales automation tools. Work with internal account management for renewals and build a recurring book of business.
