Supports new-business quoting and marketing for group benefits clients. Provide benefits consulting and project management for medium and large clients. Design and analyze group benefit plans, assess risks and costs, negotiate renewals and carrier arrangements, support client transitions, prepare reports and presentations, manage deliverables, participate in client meetings, mentor team members, and support business development while maintaining strong client and supplier relationships.

Prepare pension calculations, reconciliations, and regulatory filings for defined benefit and defined contribution plans. Perform complex actuarial calculations and assist with valuations, draft reports and correspondence, support year-end and day-to-day pension administration, and contribute to special projects while working with actuaries and pension consultants.

Manages daily revenue operations for Quebec, ensuring accurate and timely processing of insurer commissions and broker payments, data integrity, reconciliations, and internal controls. Maintain product knowledge, pursue continuing education on benefits and legislation, collaborate across teams, and identify creative lead-generation opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Support underwriting by analyzing large datasets, developing and automating reporting, enhancing pricing and quoting tools, performing claims and pricing analysis, preparing renewal packages, and collaborating with carriers, brokers and internal teams to support underwriting decisions and sales initiatives.
