Analyzes business processes, metrics, and KPIs to improve ATM and payment operations through automation and technology. Collaborates with stakeholders, vendors, and credit unions; manages enhancement projects; develops requirements, test cases, implementation plans, and process documentation; and supports solution design, relationship management, and operational strategy.

Owns the reliability, operability, security integration, and cost efficiency of a cloud data platform centered on Snowflake. Responsibilities include Snowflake administration, query optimization, cost attribution, orchestration, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, incident response, access controls, migrations, disaster recovery, compliance evidence, and engineering enablement. The role is hybrid with at least 40% onsite work and operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Owns the operating processes for enterprise data and AI governance, including intake, AI/model inventory management, council coordination, readiness packets, decision logs, remediation tracking, data governance workflows, metrics, and audit evidence. The role facilitates cross-functional reviews and ensures governance decisions and follow-up actions are structured, traceable, and completed, while technical, security, model validation, and final approval decisions remain with designated leaders.

Conducts collection activities for delinquent unsecured consumer loans, including member outreach, account analysis, legal collections, charge-off processing, settlements, loan modifications, and account maintenance. Ensures compliance with state and federal collection laws, manages risks, coordinates with third-party vendors, counsels members on payment options, and assists with training new staff.

Reviews fraud alerts and suspicious ATM and Visa card activity, investigates transaction disputes, documents account timelines, and applies card restrictions, fund holds, or access suspensions. Communicates with members, merchants, and internal teams to validate transactions and gather evidence. Maintains knowledge of Regulation E, Regulation Z, Visa and debit network rules, supports reporting and workflow improvements, assists with peer training, and provides back-office support.

Support the Business Intelligence team by extracting, analyzing, and modeling data from multiple sources. Build reports and dashboards, assist with data quality, and help convert legacy reports to the BI solution. May support data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling under supervision.

Supports the credit union’s Enterprise Risk Management program through operational risk assessments, emerging-risk analysis, business-unit reviews, risk and control self-assessments, compliance recommendations, risk reporting, process quality assurance, insurance reviews, and special project risk oversight. Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring while helping integrate risk management practices across the organization.

Processes and closes first mortgage and moderately complex loan types while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, credit union policies, and secondary market guidelines. Reviews appraisals, credit reports, title reports, insurance, income, assets, tax returns, and loan conditions with minimal supervision. Maintains mortgage pipelines, supports processing and closing teams, provides corrective options and approval rationales, communicates with borrowers and third parties, and assists with staff training.

Design, develop, and maintain software applications (mobile and backend) using React/Reactive Native, .NET C#, Java, JavaScript, XML/JSON. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in planning, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement to support timely project delivery and system automation.

Design and produce visual assets across digital and print channels that align with brand standards and marketing goals. Partner with cross-functional teams to create UX-focused web pages, social, email, advertising, and print collateral, ensuring regulatory, legal, and accessibility compliance. Maintain design systems, asset libraries, and production-ready files while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for high-quality campaign execution.

Lead external, internal, executive, and crisis communications to protect and amplify brand reputation. Manage media relations, owned content, monitoring/reporting, agency relationships, and cross-functional alignment in a regulated environment while preparing leaders for public appearances and coordinating crisis responses.

Lead and develop an analytics team to deliver actionable insights across marketing, digital experience, and retail. Own campaign, acquisition, engagement, churn, and media ROI analytics; design measurement strategies and tests; build dashboards and ensure data quality; translate analysis into executive-ready recommendations and continuously improve analytics processes.

Lead sourcing activities for assigned spend categories including IT: develop and execute RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, evaluate vendor proposals, coordinate demos and references, negotiate contracts with Legal, analyze spend to identify savings, and manage vendor relationships.

Perform ongoing and ad-hoc credit risk analyses, produce dashboards and reports, evaluate credit risk models and portfolio performance, recommend adjustments, support Credit Risk Management projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement risk-related changes.

Process and service business member accounts and loan relationships: enter and underwrite business loan applications, prepare documentation, review membership and card applications, read credit reports and financial statements, communicate with members and vendors, and assist with loan portfolio management and related operational units.

Implement and maintain tag management (GTM/Adobe Launch/Tealium) and HubSpot tracking to ensure accurate analytics, campaign measurement, and conversion tracking. Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to define tagging requirements, perform QA/UAT, audit and resolve tracking gaps, and ensure privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA). Document processes and provide technical support for consistent data collection across digital properties.

Complete post-closing for mortgage loans by verifying settlement packages, tracking recorded mortgages and title policies, managing delivery to the secondary market, entering commitments into investor/origination systems, supporting audits and internal queries, and preparing loan files for delivery.
