Provide clerical HR support including data entry, filing, distributing HR mail, assembling application packets, assisting recruitment and HR events, answering basic employee inquiries, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting HR projects.

Manage and finalize mortgage loan closings by coordinating with originators, underwriters, and third parties. Manage media relations, owned content, monitoring/reporting, agency relationships, and cross-functional alignment in a regulated environment while preparing leaders for public appearances and coordinating crisis responses.

Support development, maintenance, testing, and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans per regulatory and company policies. Conduct business impact and risk analyses, coordinate recovery procedure development, run exercises and training, document results, and assist during actual recovery events. Provide reporting and counsel to management and governance committees to ensure resilience of critical systems, third-party integrations, and business processes.

Lead design and implementation of the data transformation layer using dbt and modern data stack tools. Build analytics-ready data models, define governance and documentation standards, modernize Microsoft-based data environments (Fabric, SQL Server, Synapse, Power BI), mentor analytics engineers, and partner with business leaders to translate requirements into reliable transformation pipelines.

Advise borrowers on first mortgage options and guide them through origination from prequalification to closing. Handle calls, emails, and live chats; qualify borrowers; originate applications; collect documentation; submit files for disclosure and underwriting; communicate with realtors, processors, and underwriters; maintain pipelines, RESPA compliance, and assist with training, projects, data entry, and LOS testing.

Process new and existing membership applications and service requests end-to-end, verify identities and creditworthiness (including OFAC checks), handle name/ownership changes and faxed applications, identify potential fraud for Financial Crimes escalation, set up check cards and checking requests, and perform other assigned duties in a hybrid 20% onsite schedule.

Provide legal research and analysis, draft and review contracts, support compliance with federal and state banking laws, maintain legal records and corporate filings, assist with litigation and investigations, and manage vendor and contract lifecycle processes to mitigate regulatory risk.

Partner with cross-functional teams to create UX-focused web pages, social, email, advertising, and print collateral, ensuring regulatory, legal, and accessibility compliance. Maintain design systems, asset libraries, and production-ready files while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders for high-quality campaign execution.

Performs outbound and inbound member contacts to collect delinquent auto loans, prepares repossession paperwork, processes redemptions and charge-offs, handles auto insurance claims, monitors vendor repossession activity, ensures legal and regulatory compliance, and assists in training new staff. Works Tuesday–Saturday with one required on-site day.

Design, develop, deploy, and support secure, scalable MuleSoft APIs and integrations (Mule 4, CloudHub). Partner with stakeholders and architects to implement API-led solutions, ensure performance, security, monitoring, and documentation, and improve integration reliability and developer experience.
