Processes membership applications, service requests, name changes, and ownership changes. Verifies identities using authentication tools, credit reports, OFAC checks, and applicant information; assesses creditworthiness and identifies potential fraud or account takeover attempts for escalation to financial crimes or security teams. The role is primarily onsite one day per week and requires accurate, timely processing of new and existing member requests.

Performs financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, scenario modeling, and business case reviews. The analyst prepares financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making, supports FP&A business partners and business lines, and evaluates impacts using ROI, NPV, IRR, cost savings, and revenue analysis. The role is hybrid with at least 40% onsite work.

Investigates and mitigates credit, debit, and ATM card fraud; monitors fraud alert systems; develops detection rules; conducts complex investigations; coordinates with legal and law enforcement; performs compliance and quality reviews; analyzes workflows, metrics, and data; supports reporting, system testing, releases, process improvements, escalations, and management coverage.
