Lead and develop an analytics team to deliver actionable insights across marketing, digital experience, and retail. Own campaign, acquisition, engagement, churn, and media ROI analytics; design measurement strategies and tests; build dashboards and ensure data quality; translate analysis into executive-ready recommendations and continuously improve analytics processes.

Conduct outreach to members with delinquent unsecured loans; handle inbound/outbound contacts; manage delinquency per policy; process charge-offs, settlements, and loan modifications; maintain accounts; ensure legal compliance; coordinate with vendors; assist in training new staff.

Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, Windows/Linux, virtualization, cloud). Lead remediation, mentor support staff, implement business continuity, respond to outages 24/7, assist Network Architects on projects, and document systems and incidents.
