Manages administrative and financial operations for Peer Assistance Monitoring Programs. Supervises administrative staff, oversees documentation, invoices, payments, scholarships, agreements, committee meetings, presentations, correspondence, records, office supplies, forms, and website updates. Provides staff training, proofreading, transcription coordination, call follow-up, inventory management, and process improvement while maintaining confidential information.

Provide intake/check-in support, set up and monitor drug testing, enter and track prescriptions and monitoring agreements, review participant charts for compliance, maintain and update the CMS database, assist with billing and case management coordination, and support multidisciplinary staff and program operations.
